I was willing to overlook the obvious price gouging due to the wrestling tournament as this old, dirty, stained mattress, tiny ass room was definitley not worth $250 per night. However, I cannot let go of the fact that we were told a manager would call us twice, which never happened- and then we were told the manager could not be contacted as she was off. The front desk told us there was nothing she could do since her manager wasn't there. What business in customer service doesn't have a manager available? While we were at the desk, several people checked out with complaints about their rooms such as doors not locking, etc. Apparently, based on other reviews, this is par for the course at this property and the manager Krista has numerous complaints. They need new management asap.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and this hotel was pretty rough. Front staff were nonexistent anytime we came through the lobby and for check in. The room walls had stains all over and the tables/surfaces weren’t wiped from previous customers. Thankfully the bed was clean or else we would not have stayed. It’s in a good location, I just wish they took more pride in keeping it clean. With how many other hotels are in the area, we will not be returning.

I would have liked our towels picked up and refreshed after our third night. That soured an otherwise good stay. Also $30/night for a pet with no room service for 5 nights was a bit excessive. But it’s better than no pets. I wish that was more clear when we signed up. For that price we would have considered boarding him.

Bed sheets and mattresses had stains on them, bed frame was not even properly centered with the mattress as we got there I had to call them to get that fixed and still wasn’t given another room they fixed it as we were all in there. Hair dryer was broken and cracked front and rear. Not the best experience for that price you have to pay.

First time ever, went to my room and opened the door only to find it was already occupied. I was given a new room, but the employee seemed to brush the situation off. I didn’t say much, I was just shocked. The 2nd room was fine, with minor maintenance issues unaddressed.
