Very cozy in Fargo

This property was exactly what the listing stated. Spacious for 5 adults. We had a few friends over for a small intimate college graduation party. I would move this house and live everyday in it. The host was very kind and understanding.

We had a lovely and festive weekend in Fargo. Nice place, clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 10 year old granddaughter. Garage was nice for the cars. Easy to find and close to shopping, restaurants.

Our family stayed at this home while my mother had surgery at a nearby hospital. The host and property manager were very kind and accommodating during an uncertain and stressful time. Clean, spacious and well-stocked with all of the necessities. The property manager was readily available and ensured we had everything we needed. The perfect place to gather together with spacious rooms and open concept layout.

We were in Fargo for a wedding and family stayed at this house. We all thought it was very comfortable, clean, spacious, adequate. We would definitely stay here again since we have family in the area.

SIBLING GET TOGETHER

We found that the listing could sleep 8 people comfortably, but we had to bring an extra table and folding chairs so we could all sit at a meal, or play cards together. All kinds of shopping and restaurants were within in close proximity. This was a sibling get together, and all were in their 70's and late 80's. We were blessed to have been able to share time together. We all came from Nebraska and Western Manitoba. Extra living room chairs would have been nice. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay.

Property and check k in process were exactly as advertised. House was clean with lot of space. The owner was very responsive to questions, etc. if you are visiting Fargo with a group, this is a much better alternative to a hotel.

Cannot say enough good things about this rental

Stayed here to visist daughter at NDSU over Easter. Place is exactly as presented. Beautiful, well maintained and very comfortable townhouse not far off of I94. Lots of restaurants, stores, grocery stores, etc near here. For those familiar with Scooters Coffee, new drivethru down the road. 4BR's were all excellent, good mattresses, towels in bedrooms and shower items in each bathroom. Lower level is nice for quiet reading. Nice kitchen area, large coffee pot and all the dishes and kitchen items you would need to cook if desired. Large driveway for 2+ cars if needed. Susan, the POC, was excellent in her responses and very easy to deal with. Would recommend this rental to anyone coming to Fargo.
