Dimora Egadina Giovanni is a villa suspended between sky and sea in Favignana, just a short walk from the golden sandy beach of Praia. The house, located beachfront and built mainly with lava stone, offers spacious interiors furnished in a modern style with design touches. From the large windows in the living area, you can enjoy an enchanting view: the terraces overlook a transparent sea with hues ranging from turquoise to cobalt, while the gaze loses itself among the boats moored in the harbor. Stretches of sand alternate with small rocky coves, and the fishermen’s village, to which the residence belongs, preserves the history of the most important Sicilian tuna fishery, built in the 1600s and now transformed into an interesting museum. A short walk away is the small historic center with its characteristic shops and restaurants. Favignana is an island where time flows slowly, the ideal place to relax with family or friends.

The villa is spread over four levels. UPPER GROUND FLOOR – Entrance into the living area (decorative fireplace), connected to the dining room which leads to the outdoor terrace; kitchen; guest bathroom. FIRST FLOOR – One double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower; one twin bedroom with two extra pull-out single beds; a bathroom with shower; living room with kitchenette and direct access to a terrace furnished with a lounge area. ROOFTOP TERRACE (access via spiral staircase from the terrace on the first floor) – Pergola with dining area and lounge area; kitchenette. BASEMENT FLOOR (access via external ramp adjacent to the main entrance) – Laundry room. Air conditioning in the bedrooms in the living area.
