Brooklands Hideaway | Charming Historically-Inspired Cottage

Brooklands Hideaway is a charming cottage located in a quiet neighborhood in west Fayetteville. With our guest’s comfort and needs in mind, we’ve created a space that’ll make you feel at home right when you walk in the door!

Our cottage is located in a secluded neighborhood in West Fayetteville and has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with enough beds for 6 guests. This brand new home features vinyl plank flooring (no carpet), granite countertops, brand new appliances, & all of the modern conveniences our guests could want.

The space is deeply cleaned between each guest in order to maintain a COVID-19 safe environment. All linens are washed and dried on high heat, highly-touched surfaces are cleaned using bleach-based disinfectants, and there will be minimal host/guest in-person interactions.

**FYI Our cottage has an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) attached to the back with a permanent tenant. The ADU has a separate garage and entry from our listed unit.

The house was the cleanest VRBO I’ve stayed in. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve had in a VRBO and the fact that we got to park our car in the garage was Awesome! Plenty of space for the 5 of us and the kitchen had minimal utensils but enough to get the job done. Perfect location for what we needed and prompt contact with the host was appreciated. Highly recommended!!

Our stay was great. We felt safe and comfortable during our trip. The house provided plenty of space for my family. There is a garage available to park in. The houses are very close in the neighborhood so be cautious as you enter and exit the garage. We loved the master bathroom; the shower is amazing and there is a large closet attached as well as access to the laundry room which made it super easy to get ready. We will definitely book here again!

Perfect Stay

Fantastic property equipped with everything we needed in a cute neighborhood! Not far from University of Arkansas and restaurants. Had an issue when we first got there with code not being correct for keypad, but property manager was attentive and it was quickly remedied. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location in Fayetteville area

We stayed here while in town to visit family. House was very clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t cook in the house so I can’t comment on how well stocked the kitchen is. But it seemed to have the basics. Owner was very quick to communicate with and easy to get a hold off. We host family often and will stay here again.

We were in town for a family birthday party. The house was perfect for 4 adults and 2 small children. It was clean and new. Parking is non-existent in front but the garage held an SUV and over sized truck which was great because it rained and snowed!

Perfect get away

The home is nestled in a neat newer neighborhood with a nostalgic feel. We chose it for a getaway from the kids. Door dash and Walmart delivery kept us fed and we lounged on a comfy couch and bed. Highly recommend this place- super clean and cozy. Well equipped. Great pick!

Spacious, new house in a nice neighborhood

Beautiful new home. Has a single cup Keurig coffeemaker and some pods were even provided. Beds were very comfortable.
