The Space:

Nestled in a quaint and quiet neighborhood is this cozy home ready to accommodate up to 6 guests. There is an adjacent driveway which will fit up to 3 cars. As you enter the home, you’ll find a cozy living room that feels welcoming and homey. It’s equipped with a few board games for guests to enjoy, as well as a TV set up with YouTube TV. This room also features a dining room table and a staircase up to a bonus room which has a couch and a TV for premium movie screening. Back downstairs you will find a cozy kitchen with everything you need, from pots and pans to utensils, so you can cook with ease! Additionally, there is a coffee station ready for you to brew a fresh cup to start your day right. You will also find a comfy master suite featuring a queen-sized bed and a TV for your entertainment. You’ll love the convenience of an attached full bath, a desk for work or planning, and easy access to the back porch. The second bedroom features a full-sized bed, a dresser, and a clothing closet. Just down the hall, you'll find a cozy room with a pull-out couch. A full bathroom is placed conveniently between these two spaces for added comfort and privacy. During your stay you may also enjoy relaxing on the back porch which showcases a lovely private back yard. Additionally, you will find a laundry room stocked with detergent! Getting Around:

By Car:

You'll be less than a 7 minute drive to the University of Arkansas, Dickson St, and Fayetteville Square

You can get to pretty much everything else in Fayetteville in about 5-15 minutes.

If you'd like to check out Rogers and Bentonville, you'll only be 26 minutes from the AMP and the Rogers Promenade, and about 35 minutes from Crystal Bridges and downtown Bentonville. You're also about a 35 minute drive to the XNA Airport.



Walking:

You can easily access the Fayetteville Greenway Trail (just steps from the home) if you'd like a scenic walk or bike to campus or other Fayetteville amenities. You'll be about 1.8 miles away from the U of A, Dickson St., and Downtown Fayetteville via the Greenway Trail (10 minute bike ride, 36 minute walk.)

We are also, about a 15 minute walk from the Feral Pig restaurant/cafe that has an amazing Brunch (former owner of Common Grounds.) It's also only about a 10-15 minute walk to Bloom Cheese Collective, which has a vast selection of rare cheeses from around the world and various wines and craft beers to pair with.

If you're up for a scenic bike ride, the trail extends from Fayetteville to Rogers and Bentonville, all the way to Bella Vista.

You're also about a 15-20 minute walk from Ozark Natural Foods (ONF) which offers a grocery store, prepared food options, and an outdoor wine/craft beer and coffee bar.
