Country feels w town amenities.

This was an original Fay Jones house that burned down years ago and we did not want anything permanent on the site. Bill Clinton also lived here for a few years during law school at the Uof A.

Where to begin?

Hi. I’d rather not leave a bad review but I’m having a difficult time getting the host’s attention. Maybe this will help. We arrived late (10pm) to settle into the tiny home only to realize there was a lock and chain around the access gate. We were given a “gate code,” but after 30 minutes of attempting to open the lock, calling (only to be sent to a full voicemail box), and texting the host, we gave up. Given that it was graduation weekend at the University of Arkansas, rooms were difficult to come by at such a late date/time. We wound up booking two rooms at the local Super8 and paying a premium for it. I absolutely cannot recommend this property, or any other that this host may have listed. Such a disappointment on this important weekend. Zero stars.

Cute little house

House was clean. Property manager was prompt to respond, even sent a plumber Saturday morning. Yard was a muddy mess from gravel drive to door steps. No hand rail on porch, not real good for us 70. There was no instructions as what to do upon exit, stop beds ? Laundry? Trash?. We just did what we've done at other stats, stripped beds, left clean dishes

Beautiful Property

The property is beautiful. Fenced-in and clear open acreage in the front gave plenty of space for kids to run. The tiny house was clean, comfortable and met our needs. The property also has some cool history! Convenient grocery options are nearby. Easy drive to U of A.

Great vrbo

The trailer / cabin was new, clean and there’s plenty of space for myself, my husband and our teenage son.
