The guest bedrooms include a king bed and a queen bed with firm spring mattresses, ample closet space, and reading lamps. House was recently remodeled and is like new.



Modern Living Space: The main living area is spacious and filled with natural light. Relax on the comfortable seating and enjoy your favorite shows on the 70” Smart TV. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the house.

Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.



Deposit - We may also require a deposit for certain other bookings. If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.



Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.
