The Clementine on College is part of the redevelopment of the original 1965 Hi-Way Inn Motel in hopes of rehabilitating the site to align with the city's future development. The Clementine consists of 8 of the existing motel units, which, while still small, have been updated and refurbished with a nod back to its midcentury design. The site is also home to Cafe Rue Orleans, a beloved local restaurant, and Sidecar, a new bar directly underneath the restaurant.

The property includes 8 hotel units, each with its own bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Each room comfortably sleeps two. All guests can access the shared outdoor seating space, parking lot, and can easily access the restaurant on site. Perfect for a weekend stay or business trip!

I honestly was worried that this place wasn't going to be as nice as the pictures showed---but it ended up being NICER than the photos!! Everything was tastefully done and the furnishings are new and everything was clean. We enjoyed this stay very much and recommend this place to anyone!!! Lauren was a fantastic host!!

Good stay but humid

The room was great but the only thing I have to complain about is the humidity of the room. The bed sheets were sticky, the floor constantly seemed damp, our towels never dried fully, etc. We made sure to keep the AC on and even ran a fan the majority of the time to try and help everything dry out but it didn’t do much. Overall a positive experience, super cute place!

The clementine is a gem

I was in Fayetteville visiting my daughter and attending UArk activities. A fantastic location close to everything. Room had every needed and the bed was firm and incredibly comfortable.

I loved the warm cozy atmosphere of this local motel. Great choice for a weekend getaway, walking distance to fun shops, coffee shops, shopping centers, and more! Even with some construction going on in the parking lot, the room was equipped with earplug and adequate temperature control (a fan by the bed and a sizeable AC/Heat unit for the room!). There is an authentic cajun restaurant “Cafe Rue Orleans” (great choice for brunch or dinner!) and a newly opened upscale yet casual wonderfully curate cocktail bar “Sidecar Cocktail Lounge” walking distance from the motel rooms. This place was the right choice. When I’m in Fayetteville again, I will definitely be booking here!

Cute & convenient

The Clementine was a great place to stay when moving my kids back into their apartments at the university. Parking is easy and it’s close to everything. Communication from the host was excellent- even responding promptly to a question after hours. Our room was immaculate and exactly as pictured online. The bed was a bit firm for our taste but we appreciated the assortment of both firm and soft pillows and plentiful fresh towels.

My sister, her friend, and I needed a last-minute place to stay near the Walmart Amp (Rogers, AR) for the Niall Horan concert. The booking and check-in process was super easy, the room was very clean, it looked EXACTLY like the pictures, and it was at such a good spot in town! The prices were so good, especially this close to a concert ~25 minutes away. I was really nervous about us staying by ourselves, but we didn't have any issues at all! My little sister loved the theme of the room, her and her friend were saying they needed to decorate their dorm like it! Thank you for this gorgeous little place!!
