My wife and I stayed for a week. The house was walkable to restaurants and shops in town. We were able to get to the national park and beach in Summersville. It was a perfect week. Thanks!!
Great location for walking into town. The house had everything we needed for cooking and the beds were comfy. I wish weâd had one more night so we could have grilled outside and enjoyed the backyard. Timely communication about checkin and all my questions were answered. I would stay here again.
We book this house every year. Perfect location, quiet neighborhood, and has everything you need. The mattresses are so comfortable, and the linens always look and feel brand new. Definitely a 5 star place to stay.
My friends and I loved our stay here. There was some slight confusion as we arrived, due to the GPS taking us past the proper street and the house shutters having been painted a new color since the listing photo was taken, but Tresha was responsive and helpful! Great location within walking distance of hiking trails and local restaurants (including vegan options!). Nice back porch, and we enjoyed using the fire pit. Many thanks to Tresha!
Comfy and clean bungalow in a nice neighborhood.Walkable to downtown shops and eateries, and just a short drive to all the activities that NRGNP has to offer.Perfect for families or solo travelers.Host Tresha is responsive and accommodating.Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thanks for your hospitality!
This was a lovely place to stay with a responsive host. Clean, quiet, with comfortable beds and furnishings. It was close to town and to the New River Gorge. We highly recommend
Comfortable and tidy home. Fully equipped kitchen. Amazing backyard with great covered patio, bbq pit, fire pit. Steps from New River Gorge hiking trails and short walk to Fayetteville restaurants.
This was our first trip to Fayetteville and we couldnât have asked for a better experience. Everything was perfect. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and very clean. Our favorite part besides the location was the rear patio and backyard. It is setup with nice furniture and extremely relaxing after a day of rafting. We didnât use the fire pit, grill or cornhole boards but appreciated all the thoughtful amenities. Tresha was a great host and had excellent communication. We canât wait until our next visit!
Was a great place to stay and enjoy the area. My family all agreed that it truly felt like home. The location was perfect. Very clean! Hope to stay again in the future.
I was in town for the New River Gorge Trail Festival, and I wanted to stay within walking distance of the park so that I could bring my family with me. This place was a great choice. The house was very clean and was located on a nice, quiet street. Neighbor was friendly!
My wife and I spent a wonderful week in Fayetteville at this home which was perfect for us. Tresha, the property manager, was extremely helpful to us and always available. The immaculate home was thoughtfully appointed with modern appliances and located in a quiet neighborhood. Towels, expendables, and other necessities were provided in abundance. The home is essentially adjacent to the New River Gorge National Park, making for easy access to the Park's hiking and rafting activities. The town of Fayetteville itself is a short walk away. We had a delightful week in this home and look forward to returning.
We totally enjoyed our stay during Bridge Day at New River Gorge National Park. Our host was extremely accommodating, available, and responsive. The home was perfectly located between the park and the downtown area in a very quiet neighborhood. It was very clean inside and out, with all the needed essentials to make our stay very comfortable. We would surely come back if ever in the area again, and highly recommend this home to anyone planning a future trip to the town/national park. There was an extensive trail system that you had access to right from the house. We took many short walks into town for breakfast, dinner or just an evening stroll. The park/bridge was also within a short walk and far enough off the main highway to be very quiet and relaxing. If I could, I would surely give this home/host a SIX STAR rating.
The house was very clean and nicely decorated in a well kept, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had plenty of equipment and utensils. Three TVs were a nice touch in the living room and two bedrooms. The back porch table and chairs were inviting although we did not have time to see them considering our day trips. The property backs onto a wooded area adding to privacy. The location is great for those interested in hiking and river sports just minutes away.
We enjoyed our stay here very much. The property was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It felt like home! The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. We got to chat with the next door neighbor who was simply delightful. The location is perfect for walking into town or for a quick drive to the bridge, hiking trails, etc. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
