What stood out most were the amenities and the overall setup of the home. The property was extremely well equipped, especially for hosting and food preparation, which made our graduation weekend and small gathering easy and enjoyable. The layout provided great open space for guests while also offering private areas, which was a big plus. The host was welcoming and responsive, and the home felt thoughtfully prepared for guests. Overall, the amenities and functionality of the space really made this stay stand out.

Our overall impression and stay was very good!The environment was very warm and welcoming, great decor and the master bedroom bed waws super comfy! Wanted to let you know we had bought a ton of meat to grill-and the grill was not working and it was super dark out there. We got back to the home after 8 and started cooking. Also, the open concept shower was not favorable as water was dispersed everywhere in the bathroom. Also, downstairs bedroom needs an open dresser/closet for clothing storage.

An overall great experience! This property is unique & beautiful, especially the gourmet kitchen! The description offered was accurate. The house offers a lot of space for friends & family to relax & enjoy spending time together. It offers plenty of comfortable seating. During times of extreme heat the main level can be hard to cool. King bed in lower level was not very comfortable but otherwise top notch property & great experience! We would definitely stay again.

Clean home with a great location

4 adults stayed in the home and found it to be very clean, well-appointed and had a great location. The upstairs was particularly nice. Our only concern is that we were expecting a 4 bedroom per the listing but found 3 bedrooms and a king-size bed in the common area of the downstairs section (curtains instead of a door for privacy). We would have preferred a proper bedroom for our group. Host was very responsive!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was BEAUTIFUL and cozy and had everything we could possibly need. We were in Fay for our daughter's UArk graduation. We were able to take amazing pictures right there at the house and not find a different spot. Comfortable for Grandma to teen sister. Close to campus, groceries, town center.

6th Year and Counting

As our children make their way through University of Arkansas, we have been pleased to make this home a family tradition! This was our sixth year to make this gorgeous place our hub to enjoy a great weekend with our two UARK grads as well as our undergrad son. The room situation has changed since fall of 2018 with a queen size bed now in the middle of a downstairs room that is a little awkward if sharing with other families. But you can't beat the space of this house and the beautiful surroundings. The location is superb! Close to the University and downtown, yet in the hills of Fayetteville. We always take an early morning walk on Saturday and this year didn't disappoint. We saw deer, a hawk and gorgeous birds. The owners are just the loveliest people.
