Casa Can Pauma - Cas Concos

Can Pauma is a more than 200 year old countryhouse that has been completely renovated and refurbished maintaining its typically Majorcan character. Years ago the house was completely outside the village of Ca's Concos. The inevitable growth of the village has meant that it is now integrated but still retains the rural character that has always characterized the house.



The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one en suite) on 2 floors.



The ground floor consists of a double bedroom in the beautiful entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom and a large elegant living room with satellite TV, DVD player and music system. From there you have several accesses to the terrace and the pool.



The upper floor is divided into two separate areas with separate entrances. In the first area, which is accessible via by stairs from the entrance area, is one of the double rooms. This bedroom is equipped with a music system, satellite TV and a bathroom en suite. In the second area, which can be reached through the living room, are the other two bedrooms, a bathroom and a second cozy living room.



Like almost all classic rural houses, the outdoor area of the house offers an incomparable atmosphere. Either from the terrace or quietly sunbathing in one of the loungers, the beautiful views of the countryside will make you feel very relaxed and believe that you are in a completely rural area. The house is accessed through a path that separates the property from the nearest house and connects directly with the large back lot. There you will find private and covered parking for several vehicles, the private pool with sun loungersa and umbrellas, an outdoor shower, a large covered terrace with table and chairs and a huge ficus that give personality to the property and make the garden an ideal place to relax and read in the shade.

Can Pauma was delightful-old rustic style we love-it is kn the centre of our favourite village so we could see our friends who live there Facilities were excellent beds ver comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped -only one critique was downstairs shower was a challengeGenerally it was s super house

Toll für einen Familienurlaub

Wir waren zwei Wochen in den Herbstferien mit drei Generation der Familie im Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist großzügig und vollständig eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man braucht-von Spülmaschine bis Saftpresse. Die Betten sind bequem und die 3 Bäder sind bei einer größeren Gruppe super. Für die Kinder war der Pool im Außenbereich der Hit. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf in der Nähe von Santanyi. Um die Umgebung mit den schönen Buchten, Märkte und Orten zu erkunden ist ein Auto unerlässlich. Also alles in allem ein Ort für einen tollen Familienurlaub Die Überdachung der Parkplätze war teilweise kaputt und müsste repariert werden. Außerdem gibt es den schönen Baum an der Terrasse nicht mehr. Hier müsste die Beschreibung angepasst werden. Ein neuer Platz für die Schaukel wäre toll.
