This lovely restored fisherman’s house has two double rooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. Thanks to its prestigious at the seafront, it offers an unique view of the bay of Portocolom. The house has air conditioning, heating and WiFi connection.



The property has two storeys. On the upper floor is the large living room with spectacular views of the sea and the entire bay of Portocolom. In the living room is a dining table for 4 people, a large sofa in front of the TV and large windows, as well as the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and all the dishes. Next to the living area there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

The ground floor is located below the main road and has direct access to a small dock right by the sea, one of the most photographed motifs and real trademark for this area of the island. On this floor is a another double bedroom with beautiful sea views and a bathroom with bath anda laundry.

From the living room you can access the roof terrace which is equipped with a table and 4 comfortable sun loungers. This terrace has one of the best views in Portocolom and is ideal for enjoying the tranquillity of the area and the spectacular views in the evening.

Portocolom im Februar

Das Haus ist wunderschön und direkt am Hafen gelegen .Der "Kellerbereich" riecht jedoch leicht muffig und das abgestellte Sofa lädt nicht zum verweilen ein. Der Kühlschrank in der Küche ist etwas abenteuerlich. Er scheint einem entgegen zu fallen, wenn man ihn öffnen möchte. Doch damit kann man leben und wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen

Sooo schön

Wer einmal direkt am Wasser sein möchte, ist hier genau richtig! Ein wunderschöner Blick auf PortoColom und das Meer. Wir waren Anfang März hier und alles ist noch ruhig und verschlafen, mit einer eigenen Stimmung. Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung (ganzes Haus!) sehr großzügig gewesen:-) Die Küche war sehr sauber, was ich wunderbar fand. Alles ist da, was man für 4 Tage und abendlichen Restaurantbesuchen braucht (mehr können wir nicht sagen….). Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr sauber gewesen. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr großzügig mit Esstisch, großer Couch und Fensterfront. Die Dachterrasse haben wir nicht genutzt. Hier stehen aber 2 Liegen und Tisch mit Stühlen bereit. Charmant war für uns das sitzen vor dem Haus vor den Booten…

Traumhaftes Fischerhäuschen direkt am alten Hafen

Die Lage und der Meerblick/Hafenblick sind unglaublich. Man kann sich gar nicht satt sehen! Ob oben von der Dachterrasse, mittig aus dem Fenster Ober unten direkt an der Mole. Jedes Mal sieht es anders und bezaubernd aus. Einen kleinen Punktabzug gibt es für die Ausstattung. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert !

Sehr schönes Haus in sehr schöner Lage

Die hellen Räume, der wertige Fußboden passt zum Objekt. Die zwei Schlafbereiche „oben“ und „unten“ mit zwei Bädern und auch zwei Zugängen findet man nicht oft. Bezüglich Sauberkeit gibt es ein Problem mit Geruch. Hin und wieder stellt sich ein Uringeruch ein, als ob jemand in die Ecke… Betroffen sind Bad und Schlafzimmer (alles oben, unten wurde nicht genutzt). Im Bad fehlen einige Halter und die Küche hätte einige Reparaturen nötig (Spülmaschine). Die Fernbedienung der mit Windwächter ausgestatteten Markise, die zum Meer hin Beschattung bringen könnte war nicht auffindbar (Grund könnten die vielen Schwalben sein, die ums Haus wuseln und auch mal was fallen lassen - aber dann schreibt man es!). Ich denke aus gleichem Grund gibt es keine Beschattung auf der Dachterasse.

Das Haus lebt von der Lage, die wirklich außerordentlich schön ist. Allerdings müsste das „Innenleben“ des Hauses stark verbessert werden. Wir waren 6 Wochen im Februar/ März dort und haben die Unterkunft auch wegen des Ofens gebucht. Allerdings war das Ofenrohr so durchgerostet, dass man durchgucken konnte und der Ofen unbenutzbar war. Also „heizen“ mit 2 Klimaanlagen… Ansonsten gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer, die so klein sind, dass nur das Bett und ein Schrank rein passt und man in dem unteren Zimmmer die Tür nicht mehr ganz öffnen kann. Unten sind auch ziemlich große Feuchtigkeitsflecken im Flur und Schlafzimmer. Die Bäder sind beide nicht schön, aber funktionsfähig. Oben ist ein schönes Sofa, ein Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen ( ohne Lampe über dem Tisch, man sieht da abends leider nicht viel) und die Küche. Die Küche ist relativ sparsam ausgestattet z. B. sucht man einen Dosenöffner vergeblich. Auf der Dachterrasse stehen bequeme Liegen, mit Auflagen, deren Bezüge mal eine Reinigung vertragen könnten. Der Service der Ferienvermietung war sehr gut.

Wohnen mittendrin im Fotomotiv

Tolle Lage im alten Teil Portocoloms. Sehr sauber. Fotos halten was sie versprechen. Ausstattung der Küche reichlich. In 2 min morgens zum kleinen Laden, um frisches Brot zu holen. In 3 min zur authentischen spanischen Bar am Kurchplatz mit Tapas etc. In 4 min beim Kanu/ Sup Verleih. Und zwei kleine Badebuchten sind sogar in 15 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und haben die grosszügige Wohnung sehr genossen. Jederzeit wieder.
