Villa 'Koremá' is a genuine sandstone villa offering traditional Mallorcan style, with lush gardens surrounded by palm, olive, and almond trees. Its Italian-inspired courtyard, with a central fountain, invites you to enjoy a morning coffee or an outdoor lunch in the summer kitchen with a grill—perfect for a relaxing holiday. The private 16x6 m pool with mosaics and Roman steps is the ideal place to unwind under the Mediterranean sun.

For this option, we rent 2 spacious suites with private bathrooms, perfect for up to 4 guests. While the villa has additional rooms, only these two suites will be available to guests, who will have exclusive use of all shared spaces: the fully equipped kitchen, bright dining room, terraces, pool, laundry area, and gardens.

Each suite, decorated in rustic Mediterranean style, features a ceiling fan, underfloor heating, and a warm, inviting atmosphere for a comfortable stay.

Villa Korema is located between S’Horta, a traditional Mallorcan village, and Portocolom, a charming fishing port that preserves its authentic spirit. Nearby, you can explore coves such as Cala sa Nau, Cala Mitjana, and Cala Marçal, enjoy water sports, or relax on the beach. Cala D’Or offers restaurants, shops, and an exclusive marina, while the famous Monastery of Sant Salvador and Vall d’Or Golf Club are just a short drive away.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) and arrange key collection.



- Once you have arrived at your destination, please contact us by telephone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.



- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place of key collection.



- Arrival outside opening hours:



a) The keys will be left in a safety deposit box. The remaining amount, if any, must be paid the following day to the reception agency;



b) In case there is no safe deposit box, please arrange an out-of-hours arrival with the agency. The late arrival penalty must be paid in cash on arrival.



*ATTENTION!



Since July 2016, the Government has introduced a tourist tax (ecotassa).
