Eine Traumhafte Finca

Ich durfte 3 Wochen die Finca nutzen und muss zu geben soviel Gastfreundschaft und auch das erledigen von kleinigkeiten hĂ€tte ich nicht erwartet. Ich wĂŒrde jederzeit wieder kommen. Gruß Florian

Tolle Finca, super Lage!

Haben eine Woche in der tollen Finca verbracht. Lage, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren top! Maria hat uns herzlich empfangen, mit landestypischen Leckereien, einem vollen Obstkorb, Wein und kalten GetrĂ€nken. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt! Danke Maria!

Unbeschreiblich schön

Es war einfach wunderbar, das Haus, die Umgebung und auch die Betreuung durch Maria. Das Haus ist eine Oase der GemĂŒtlichkeit und alles ist mit Liebe dekoriert. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir werden gerne wieder einmal zurĂŒckkehren an diesen traumhaften Ort. Otra vez muchas gracias a ti Maria!

Unglaublicher Aufenthalt im Paradies

Die Villa von Maria ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön und Maria selbst eine großartige Gastgeberin die stets jedes Detail durchdacht hat. Sowohl fĂŒr Kinder war der Aufenthalt großartig als auch fĂŒr die Erwachsenen. Der Ausblick vom „Balkon“ auf den Hafen von Portocolom ist atemberaubend und die kleine Leiter, die ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt direkt ins Meer fĂŒhrt ist optimal! Maria hilft gern in jeder Situation und kĂŒmmert sich liebevoll um alle Belange. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist 200%ig , es fehlt einfach an nichts. Auch Kochtipps fĂŒr mallorquinische Speisen sind inklusive :) Wir kommen sicherlich noch mal wieder, wenn Portocolom, dann nur die Villa Voramar! Maria, auch auf diesem Wege noch mal vielen Herzlichen Dank!!

Fantastic house with panoramic view - perfect for your holiday.

Fantastic house with panoramic views over the city, the bay and the entrance to Porto Colom. There are many opportunities to find sun and shade on either the roof terrace or the covered terrace with access from the living room and rooms. From here you can enjoy the many boats that sail through the entrance to the harbor. The house is large and very well equipped. Everything is very clean and neat and of a very high standard. There is a lovely swimming pool and from the ground it is possible to get into the sea from a small platform. Maria who keeps track of everything about the house is an amazing person and incredibly helpful, whether it's a lift to the supermarket or ordering a taxi. Porto Colom is a quiet place with limited tourists compared to Porto Cristo or Cala D’or.

Besser geht's nicht, ehrlich.

Wir waren Ende Juni 7 NĂ€chte in Marias Haus und das Negative zuerst: 7 NĂ€chte sind nicht genug. Maria ist als Gastgeberin einfach grandios. Kommunikation, Buchung, Fragen, Check-In/Out - Perfekt. Sie ist immer sehr bemĂŒht, ohne auch nur ansatzweise aufdringlich zu sein. Maria kĂŒmmert sich wirklich um alles! Marias Mann hat frĂŒh morgens sogar mal den Pool gesĂ€ubert und als unsere Kaffeemaschine kaputt war, hatten wir innerhalb von 1-2 Stunden eine neue. Maria ist die perfekte Gastgeberin, wirklich! Die Beschreibung des Hauses und die Fotos entsprechen mindestens der RealitĂ€t, tatsĂ€chlich ist das Inserat eher etwas untertrieben. Das Haus ist super aufgeteilt. Unten sind Eingangsbereich, Wohnzimmer, Essecke, die große KĂŒche, 3 Schlafzimmer, ein großes Bad, ein 'Vorratsraum' mit SpĂŒlmaschine & Regalen. Anliegend ein kleiner Raum mit Geschirr, sodass man nie in den SchrĂ€nken wĂŒhlen musste. Außerdem noch ein Trocken-Raum. Keine HandtĂŒcher ĂŒber's GelĂ€nder hĂ€ngen, ein Traum! Auf der Ebene ist noch die ĂŒberdachte Terrasse mit Sitzecke, HĂ€ngematte, Liegen, SchaukelstĂŒhlen und Co. Oben ist noch mal eine Art kleines Wohnzimmer, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Bad (en Suite). Oben gibt es eine Große Terrasse mit Sitzecke, Liegen und Tagesbett. Von dem Schlafzimmer aus geht noch eine weitere Terrasse ab. Wenn man auf der unteren Ebene ist, geht es eine Treppe zum Pool-Bereich runter. Der gesamte Außenbereich ist einfach perfekt. Liegen, Schirme, eine weitere Sitzecke direkt am Wasser. Der Pool selbst ist ca. 10x5m groß, 1,10-2,00m tief, einfach nur traumhaft. Das Haus selbst ist unglaublich schön, toll gelegen und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man hat nie das GefĂŒhl in einem kargen Ferienhaus zu sein. Es gibt so viele schöne Kleinigkeiten zu entdecken. Selbst die Architektur mit dem offenen Treppenhaus und dem Oberlicht - So schick! Das Haus war bis in die letzte Ecke sauber. Wir hatten schon viele schöne UnterkĂŒnfte, aber so ordentlich, gepflegt, sauber und geschmackvoll war es bisher nirgends. Vor dem Haus konnten wir auf dem Hof unsere 3 Autos parken (abschließbares Tor). Wenn man nicht hinterm Haus ins Meer springen mag (oder die Leiter ein paar Meter weiter nutzen möchte), ist man auch in 5 Minuten mit den zwei RĂ€dern, die im kleinen Schuppen stehen, an der Cala Marcal. Mir fĂ€llt nichts Negatives ein, außer dass Maria mich gebeten hat eine Rezension zu schreiben. Mir wĂ€re es lieber das hier bliebe ein Geheimtipp ;-)

Was soll man groß sagen, man muss vor Ort gewesen sein. Wir waren zu 6. und haben schon einige schöne Orte im Leben gesehen. Hier waren wir aber sprachlos. TOP Lage und TOP Ausstattung und eine super liebe Maria!!! Danke!

Stunning views, well-appointed home, welcoming host

We have used VRBO/Home Away for family getaways for many years, and have consistently had good experiences, but Maria stands out by far the most welcoming, friendly host we have encountered. A couple of weeks before our arrival she sent a message inquiring about our arrival time. As we were arriving on Christmas Eve Day, she wanted to make sure we would be able to stock up on groceries as most everything would be closed Dec 25. When we arrived she was there to show us around the property and let us know how everything worked. She also had laid out a veritable feast: local cheese, fresh bread and pastries, fresh fruit, dates, nuts, olives and wine. There was bottled water (both still and sparkling) and some beer in the refrigerator. On Christmas eve she brought us a giant pot of homemade Spanish hot chocolate. She also had decorated with some tasteful holiday lights and decorations that blended with the house's seaside themed decor During our stay she checked in with us a couple of times to see if we needed anything else and to make sure that everything was to our liking. She really wants to make sure that her guests have a wonderful stay. The house lives up to the pictures - even better - as nothing compares to the view in real life! The beds are comfortable and all of the linens smelled wonderfully fresh and clean. There were plenty of clean towels and blankets in each room. Separate pool towels are also provided. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, utensils, salt, sugar, olive oil, some basic spices and even coffee and tea. There is a microwave, a toaster, a juicer, and a coffee maker - all looked new. The bathrooms were sparkling clean and were stocked with soap and toilet paper. There is plenty of comfortable seating both indoor and outdoor. The home is located in a nice residential neighborhood, consisting of other well-cared for homes. There are two supermarkets a couple of blocks away. We hadn't been to Mallorca before, and with so many towns to choose from - we weren't sure where the best place to rent would be. After spending a week exploring the island, I know we made the right choice! Portocolom is a real town - there are about 4000 residents year-round. We drove through some other "towns" that were all hotels - complete ghost-towns in the off season. But Portocolom has its own character. The location is also great for visiting other towns (our favorites were Palma and Pollença).

Fantastisk hus med byens bedste beliggenhed. HĂžj standard.

Fantastisk dejligt hus med panoramaudsigt ud over byen og vandet. Der er en fantastisk udsigt fra nÊsten alle rum og fra de mange dejlige terrasser. Huset er stort og er veludstyret. Alt er rent og pÊnt og af hÞj standard. Der er en dejlig pool, og fra grunden kan du gÄ direkte ned pÄ klipperne og hoppe i vandet. Husk badesandaler, som er nÞdvendig, nÄr man skal gÄ pÄ klipperne. Maria er en fantastisk vÊrt. Hun har styr pÄ tingene, svarer altid hurtigt pÄ mails. Og selv da vi kom forsinket midt om natten, stod hun klar og tog imod os med hjemmebag, frugt og vin. Bedre feriebolig og vÊrt findes simpelt hen ikke!

Wir haben mit einer MĂ€delsclique 5 Tage in dem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Sowohl das Haus, als auch unsere Vermieterin Maria, haben unsere Erwartungen MEHR als ĂŒbertroffen. Das Haus ist sehr großzĂŒgig, sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles pikobello sauber. Direkt am Meer, wunderschöner Pool mit herrlichem Blick. Bei der Ausstattung fehlte es an nichts. Der Vermieterin Maria unseren ganz ganz herzlichen Dank!! Sie hat uns einen grandiosen Empfang bereitet. Sie hat frisch gebackene Leckereien fĂŒr uns vorbereitet, Wasser, Obst, Wein, alles vor Ort. Tausend Dank dafĂŒr!! Maria, wir vermissen dich und dein Haus jetzt schon. Verlass dich drauf.... Wir werden wiederkommen!!😘👍
