With brilliant views of the ocean, the bay, and Fenwick preserve, this well appointed home in a quiet Fenwick enclave has it all. This one of a kind home has been designed for ultimate comfort, with generously sized bedrooms, king sized beds, and ensuite full bathrooms. You are steps from a gorgeous beach. The community is gated and positioned just a short bike ride to all the most popular restaurants. The hallways and stairs are extra wide and the great room has a soaring ceiling, giving the whole home an airy feel. Even the elevator has been designed with a view - a custom mural between floors.

Enjoy our recent renovations: renovated powder room, new kitchen appliances and counters, new hardwood flooring, renovated primary bathroom, laundry room, and two en suite bathrooms. We will post new pictures as soon as all is complete (late December 2025).

COZY COMMONS
The kitchen island with seating for 12 has room for everyone to gather around for breakfasts and hanging out. Views of the sundeck from the kitchen. Coffee machines for all tastes are available. For a more formal setting, the glass top dining table seats 10. Imported ceramic tiles, rattan chairs and high end themed decor give this home tropical escape vibes.

The living room has multiple conversation areas and a side with bay views. Enjoy the sunset while sitting in front of the fireplace.

The second floor den has ocean views, a television, a wet bar, and plenty of spillover seating.

OUTDOORS
There's also plenty of deck space to enjoy either ocean breezes or views of the bay, and a screened in porch for breezy dinners. Sundeck just outside the living room has gorgeous views of the Atlantic and built in bar for cocktails. Bedrooms (all but one) each have a balcony as well.

Wash off the sand in the double outside showers and the convenient outdoor half bath. A grassy landscaped fenced backyard area is a great spot for kids to toss a frisbee or play safely.

Just steps from a live-and-let-live beach, where you can spot pods of dolphins daily. It is a public, unguarded beach adjacent to the preserve area with drive on and fishing permitted with license.

BEDROOMS
The primary bedroom on the upper level has bay views, a walk in closet, generously sized shower and bathroom with tub. Second floor bedrooms each are designed to the last detail, with stunning high end wallpaper. Mattresses are luxurious so no tossing and turning away from home.

ACTIVITIES
Kayaking and boating available nearby. Assateague Island is a great half day trip to see the wild horses roaming the beach. Lots of themed mini golf options between Fenwick Island and Ocean City, where the boardwalk bustles with rides and restaurants. Drive north for the quieter boardwalks of Bethany or Rehoboth or the outlets along Rt 1. Plenty of restaurants in either direction to choose from.

It was a lovely property and we enjoyed our stay. However, the listing stated it was newly renovated and it was clear that renovations are still in process. There were no Co2 detectors and we had to purchase them as we had very small children (5 and unders) with us.Would recommend staying here again once the property is fully renovated and redecorated.

Perfect Getaway at the 'Quiet Resorts'

We have vacationed at these beaches (as far north as Lewes, DE and as far south as Fenwick Island, DE) since 2009 and this home is now our favorite. Just one home back from the ocean on a private cul-de-sac gated community, the walk to the low population density beach was as if we were ocean front. House was well maintained and equipped with a bonus elevator that made moving in/out as easy as could be. Owner communication was prompt and considerate with a local realtor providing on-site assistance as needed. We highly recommend this property for a care-free enjoyable beach vacation and already are looking forward to future stays.

Fenwick Island beach house

Beautiful house. Well decorated with plenty of room for ten of us in three generations, aged 9 to 75. Steps to the beach, which is unguarded. The state park with guarded beach, bathhouse and snack bar is only a short drive, but the more able people were able to just walk down the beach to the guarded area.

Luxury so close

The home was beautiful and homey at the same time! The kitchen opened onto the dining room and the living room and made just the perfect hangout space. It's a very short walk across the dunes from the ocean.
