The Cottage on Glenn boasts newly updated appliances, new windows, newly painted interior, and is fully air conditioned with new HVAC throughout! The property includes so many thoughtful extras, including all your linen needs, it makes your packing for vacation a breeze!

Enjoy nightly sunsets on the bay with wine from your very own decks while sneaking out in early morning for sunrise on the ocean with coffee. Just a few steps from local cuisine, local bars, quaint shops, sweets, water park and both miniature golf and the real thing!

The Cottage on Glenn offers parking for 5 vehicles and private boat dock! Plus a garage stocked with extras to lighten your packing and increase your fun such as 10 beach bikes, fishing poles for bay and surf, crab pots and hand lines, nets, multitude of beach chairs, wagon, beach carts, rolling coolers, umbrellas, strollers for the young folks, and assorted beach body boards, toys and sports games such as darts, bocce ball, and horse shoes.

After a day on the beach, take full advantage of living on the water by enjoying the bay and local water ways by family kayaks, stand up paddle boards (SUP), fishing, crabbing or just float in your own backyard! Bring your own boat to tie up at your own personal dock or rent a boat close by for the week! Take nightly bike rides through town to the local Kohrs ice cream or Fisher's Carmel corn or morning rides to Surf Bagel and Duncan Donuts as well as many local restaurants and activities! Want to golf? The Cottage on Glen is close to dozens of highly rated golf courses!

Complete with an additional, large lighted outdoor shower to wash that sand and salt away and a third private half bath for quick access from outdoors play and indoor activity area! You can be having fun in the sun crabbing or fishing in your own backyard all day with little need to go inside! Ping pong, darts, and Hooks ring toss, are just inside in the recreation area including a second full fridge, microwave, and Kuerig coffee maker and second washer and dryer set for your convenience! Just outside enjoy tetherball, horse shoes, corn hole or bocce ball!

The main living floor offers an open concept living, dining, and kitchen space. Brand new motion seating for everyone and a flat screen TV in the living room are a great options for rainy days (not to mention the fully stocked puzzle, novel, toy, and classic game collection). The dining room provides seating for 11 plus both a restaurant style high chair for toddlers and a reclining high chair for infants. There are table cloths and placemats so you are ready to eat in style with a beautiful view of the sun setting over the bay! The open kitchen is stocked with dishes for 12 and cooking supplies (crab cooking pots, pots, pans, utensils), new appliances, as well as small appliances (coffee pot, coffee grinder, and Keurig, toasters, blender, Nutribullets (2 sizes), crock pots, (2 sizes), Ninja air fryer, and orange crusher).
The kitchen opens easily to the back decks complete with comfy loveseat, table, bistro table, and grill. The screened in porch provides ample space and table to enjoy outdoor meals or a nightly crab feast in the evening. This is a beautiful space to just sit and relax with wine or coffee with friends and family in the comfy seating area. Oh the tales of late night games on the table in the porch! The main floor has two bedrooms sleeping four making The Cottage on Glenn the perfect option for a family of four, or multiple families looking for a little separation. Master bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, dresser and flatscreen Smart tv. The master bathroom includes shower, soaking tub, and laundry area. The second bedroom on this floor is furnished with a flatscreen tv, twin daybed and lifting trundle which conveniently can make a king-sized bed with requested king linens. The second full bathroom on this floor is centrally located with walk-in shower.

The second floor living space offers two additional bedrooms and bathroom, not to mention the most stunning views in both East and West directions through brand new windows! You don't want to miss these views! The east facing bedroom offers a queen bed with rocker and reading light. This room boasts a view of the water. The west facing bedroom provides four twin beds (not bunks) each with their own reading light and nightstand. Our west room provides a view of the bay, shore beyond, and gorgeous sunsets. Request king linens to create king beds from twin sets. This brings the total sleeping capacity to 10 beds plus two porta cribs and a juvenile bed.
