Potter Cottage - Beautiful Serene Setting

The Potter Cottage is a 1600 square foot home that was been completely renovated in 2019 and sits on 4.6 acres. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a tile shower are just a few of the amazing features of this home! The home has three bedrooms, two full baths and an additional shower in the basement, the basement also has a game area and Queen Murphy Bed to accommodate the entire family. Enjoy fishing and the beautiful views from the two decks this home has to offer!

There are two rooms on the main floor with Two Queen beds in Each. There is a primary bedroom on the upper floor with a King bed and en suite bathroom. There are two sets of bunk beds and a Queen murphy bed in the basement with a shower.

Guests will access the property with a keypad combination lock

We will give you your privacy, but if a problem arrises, we will be there quickly to handle it.

The two car garage has been converted into a recreational room with a ping pong table, pool table, poker table and TV.

My friends and I went to Holiday World for my 30th birthday and had a wonderful stay at the Potter Cottage! It was a great house to relax before and after visiting the amusement park. We had lovely meals in the big shared spaces, relaxing chats on the porch and deck, and slept like rocks in the comfy bedrooms. We'd definitely come back for another stay :)

Wonderful property!

We have stayed here several years and the property never disappoints. Close by to Holiday World. We like coming back to a nice, clean place to stay. Everyone can shower and relax at the end of the day. We don't have to be all crowded together. Plenty of space. The kids loved seeing all the frogs and we saw a couple of turtles in the pond too! The host is quick to respond and very helpful/accommodating. Thanks for creating so many memories for our family. We will be back next year!

Perfect for a group of 12

When checking into this home it was ready for us to move right in and just settle in like it was our own home no matter whether it was us as the grandparents or our youngest grandson it had everything we needed it was a nice quiet home with plenty of space for each one of us and even when relatives that we had in the area stopped by for a visit it was a great space to even entertain them. It's in great proximity to Holiday World with just jumping out on the main road that's in front of the house and driving straight in to their parking lot no turns no problems. Such a good experience for us that we went ahead and reserved it for the next year before we ever even checked out this year.

Fantastic place!

This property was perfect for our family, 8 adults plus one toddler. It was clean, perfect amount of space for our needs, and charming. Loved the setting, private, but so close to Holiday World. We loved our stay at Potter Cottage!
