This unit is located on the ground floor with walkout access to the communal grounds and a short walk to the resort where world class skiing, hiking and biking trails are at your disposal. It offers a bright and airy space to enjoy after a day's activities in Fernie. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a quality sofa bed, it will comfortably sleep up to 6 guests.

Each queen bed has been fitted with a foam mattress topper and is made up of hotel-quality grade linens. The windows have been fitted with blinds and black-out curtains to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. Quality towels can be found in the bathrooms and we have supplied shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion.

The kitchen has modern appliances and is well stocked with a coffee maker, slow cooker, kettle, air-fryer, large toaster, microwave, wine glasses, dinnerware, bakeware, and a large selection of cooking vessels and utensils. You will feel like you have brought the comforts of home with you.

The first bathroom is just on the right as you enter the condo with another access door from one of the bedrooms and is complete with a shower cubicle, toilet and sink. The second bathroom can be accessed from the other queen bedroom and consists of a bathtub/shower combo allowing for a nice private soak after a day of activities in Fernie.

We have Netflix and Amazon set up on the TV along with some interactive games for you to play with friends and family. A selection of board games has also been left for our guests.

Also included in this condo is paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, tea, coffee, and bathroom amenities. If there is anything that would make your stay more enjoyable and is not mentioned above, please do not hesitate to reach out so we can assist further.

There are multiple communal hot tubs, with one located just down the hallway from the condo, and is perfect to rest tired bodies after an action-packed day. All other hot tubs are just a moment's walk away offering different views of the mountain. You can also gain access to the saunas, in the neighboring building and two games rooms throughout the complex.

There is plenty of outdoor parking available to all guests.

Bike Storage- The complex does not have secured biking storage, however there are numerous bike racks located conveniently in front of building entrances. Unfortunately, our strata do not permit bikes inside the units. For more questions and information on bike storage, please send us a message.

During the summer months (roughly June to August), the unit has AC for each space. You will find a built-in Air-conditioning unit in one bedroom, a portable AC unit in the other bedroom. The living room also has a portable AC unit, meaning you can stay cool all day and night. In the summer it is our number one priority to make sure that our guests stay cool!
