Bayside - a cottage (detached) that sleeps 10 guests in 4 bedrooms
Bayside is the perfect choice for a family holiday, offering plenty of space and sleeping 10 in 4 bedrooms. Ideal for a multi-generational family or two families with children.
Enter through the side door to a spacious hall with downstairs wc off to the side.
Off the hall is the large open plan living space. There's a living area with a gas fire, 65" Freeview Smart TV, Blu-ray player and sliding door leading onto the patio. There's a dining area with a table seating 10. The kitchen has 2 electric ovens, a gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Also off the hall is a handy downstairs bedroom (Bedroom 2) ideal for anyone with mobility issues. It has a kingsize bed, 36" Freeview Smart TV and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.
Upstairs are 3 further bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed, 48" Freeview Smart TV, patio doors leading to balcony and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 3: With 2ft 6 twin beds (can also be joined to make a kingsize) and 40" Freeview Smart TV.
Bedroom 4: With twin beds, bunk beds and 40" Freeview Smart TV.
Bathroom: With bath, walk-in shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.

Wonderful property
Incredibly spacious, very well equipped and spotlessly clean property. Best shower ever in the downstairs comfy double bedroom and very comfy sofas too.

The location, the house and its contents were all excellent. There was everything we needed whilst looking after two young grandchildren. We will definitely book again

Great family break
The instructions pre-arrival were clear and timely, and queries dealt with very quickly.
The quality of the accommodation was superb, bigger and better even than it looked on the photos.
Proximity to the beach path was a bonus, and a very good property for those with small children, as it overlooked a good playground.

Weekend break 12 - 15 July 2024
We stayed at this property in May it was spotlessly clean however when we arrived this time the general cleanliness was not the same. There were sticky patches on the furniture downstairs and the bathroom floor was sticky.
