The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby area was perfect for playing games, on the very large high top table, with family that I was visiting during my trip to Tiffin. One of the better breakfast buffets I’ve had. Really great breakfast for sure.

comfortable stay in a newer hotel. Good breakfast. We arrived after dinner and left in the morning but the surrounding area was more business-y and industrial. Convenient for the visiting we were doing on a road trip.

Nice place but thin walls.

Everything was fine. But the walls are thin and there was a one year old in the next door. So we heard a lot of wah wah wah..the first night. But overall nice place to stay

Bottom of the list stays for me

When I got to my room, the key cards would not work. The attendant gave me another room thinking the cars reader was dead. Walking into that room, there were pistachio shells in the floor, & it clearly had not been cleaned (well), toilet had urine on the seat. Back to the attendant who gave me back my original room but walked up with me to get the card reader working. Inside that room, again, floors had not been swept, toothpaste or something on the bathroom mirror & hair in the shower. The front of the bar area was painted, deteriorating particle board screwed in, a crooked drawer front screwed in, a microwave older than me and paint splatter all over. The whole room had a layer of dust. I had to purchase cleaning supplies & Lysol to feel somewhat at ease since I was staying 4 nights.

Unhappy to say the least

I booked a standard room with 2 queen beds. When I got to the hotel I was given a king room for 3 guest. The front desk was very rude argued that the reservation they received was for a king. Which was untrue I checked with hotels.com. Front desk changed the reservation. They offered nothing to make it right. Asked about a hide a way bed, was informed that they were all in use. My Neice just recently discharged had to sleep on the floor. Thankfully I always bring blankets with me because the hotel was not helpful at all. There was no option to change hotels because all the ones in the area were fully booked. Very unhappy with my stay and the amount of help I received which was none. Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable though.
