Our apartment Haflinger (51 sqm), in 2. Upper floor, is equipped with cozy Bavarian painted furniture and has a master bedroom with double bed (extra bed available), a children's bedroom with 2 beds. Please note that the beds in the nursery only have a length of 1.85 meters. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, cosmetic mirror and hair dryer. The living room has a dining table, a spacious couch (1.20m wide), TV flat screen, CD player, and a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster & kettle. Upon request, a microwave can be provided.
If you are looking for peace, comfort and plenty of space for your children to romp and explore, we would like to welcome you to our farm. Surrounded by green meadows and fruit trees you will find our farm Rossruck on about 890 vertical meters between the place Hundham and the spa town of Bad Feilnbach with a wonderful view of the Inn Valley and the surrounding mountain ranges. After a quiet night, enjoy a hearty breakfast buffet in the Bauernstube and then discover a piece of Bavaria in the romantic Leitzachtal valley with the Breitenstein mountain and the Wendelstein massif.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und leckeres Frühstück
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön möbliert und die Küche perfekt ausgestattet.
Insbesondere für Kinder ist alles dabei, damit sie sich wohlfühlen: Spielecke (falls das Wetter mal nicht so schön ist), Spielplatz draussen, Tiere (Pferde, Hühner, Hasen)
Das Früstücksbüffet war sehr lecker, mit vielen lokalen Bio Produkten, hausgemachte Marmeladen und Eiern aus den eigenen Hühnern.
Insgesamt war es für uns ein sehr schönes und erholsames Wochenende.
