The home is ideal for a family gathering, including a four-legged family member. The house is cozy, suitable for time spent together, and provides separation when needed.
The rooms are comfortable, and the amenities are ideal. The location is terrific, as you are right between Sedona and Flagstaff, affording the best of both worlds.
Lastly, the hosts were wonderful people who responded with insights and quickly answered questions. We will make this our first home to check for availability the next time we are in the area.
Just as described! Perfect little base camp for all your northern Arizona adventures. Plenty of amenities and a quiet location to get some rest in between travels. Highly recommend this location. Thank you for all the little decorations đ! These were great little touches.
Nothing bad to say! Two thumbs up!
Great house to stay in for my sonâs wedding nearby. Nice, cozy and clean house that is nicely furnished and equipped. We would definitely stay here again.
6 of us stayed at this property for a week during the summer. Us Phoenicians like to get out of the heat for a bit and Flagstaff is a great place. This property was located just outside of Flag in Kachina Village. It was very clean, very well appointed and full of thoughtful extras. There was more than enough room for the 6 of us. This is one of the best values in the area.
We enjoyed taking walks in the Pumphouse Wash area which is only a minute or two from the property. The fire pit was great and the views of the night sky from the back patio were stunning.
Very clean and neighborhood is very quiet. Perfect location for anyone that loves mountain biking and hiking as the trails are close by. The air-conditioning was nice bonus during the warm summer days too!
Perfect location and base of operations for our adventures in N Arizona. It was just far enough away from the city which was so nice. Quiet area, beautiful home, hosts very responsive. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back. Perfect for our little family of 4.
The house was convenient, great curb appeal, nice big driveway (actually nicest house on the street). Interior was clean and nicely furnished, comfortable king bed with great pillows. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again when we're heading to Flagstaff.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Flagstaff! We used the house as our base as we ventured out to Antelope Canyon, Grand Canyon and Sedona for hiking and biking. The house was very inviting and easy to figure out the kitchen appliances/laundry.
The lighting in the primary bath could use new bulbs and maybe some blinds over the front door/window area for increased privacy.
The decor is cozy and comfortable with all the amenities a traveler could want, Thank you for a great stay!!
In my opinion. The property is located in a neighborhood with close proximity to neighbors who scream at you if you get close to there peoperty line. The trash cans outside were full. They tried to charge me extra because the lockbox mechanism would not work properly. Make sure you take photos before and after your trip. The dishwasher did not work from the previous guests so i had to do dishes by hand. The outside carport was neglected to where the snow caved it in which was a hazzard. In my opinion the cleaning crew has neglected this property and can claim misleading information that needs to be further investigated. I was transparent about my stay and still was charged erroneous fees on top of an extra night that i did not authorize. I personally think better management and communication between the cleaning staff and other third parties may help the GUESTS experience.
This home is beautiful! Perfect location, amazingly clean and all of the amentities you could need. The owner is extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with! We will definitely stay here again :)
We came into town for Pickinâ In the Pine Music Festival and this location was perfect! Itâs also a quick drive into downtown with endless food options. Thereâs a trailhead (Powerhouse Wash) about 2-3 mins away or you can take advantage of the amazing trail systems in and around Flagstaff. Great house! We will definitely be back!
We really enjoyed our stay. The property has a great layout and there is a lot of indoor and outdoor space. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We loved sipping our morning coffee on one of the porches and making s'mores in the evening sitting around the fire pit.
The property is located a short distance from Flagstaff and it was a great base for our day trips to Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, and Sedona. We highly recommend this house and would love to stay there again if we ever visit the area.
Our travel party was more than pleased with the cabin, the interior and the treats left for our dog Charlie. The home was stocked with all the essentials. Even though you are only less than 15 minutes away from downtown Flagstaff, the cabin feels as if it is in the forest far away from civilization. A must stay!
This place was a perfect get away from the Phoenix heat. It is immaculate and very comfortable. Each room has been designed to accommodate the guest. It is easy to see that the owners have considered what a guest might like for their stay. Just a wonderful experience. We will be back, a lot!
We loved our stay here, mostly due to 2 things: 1) the house itself is very cozy with a layout that worked well for our group. Plenty of space for 5 adults + 1 large dog. 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths and lovely outdoor space. 2) owners/property manager very responsive and wonderful hosts. So many things were provided that make for a great stay such as bathroom essentials, kitchen essentials, etc. I'm always very appreciative when hosts are true hosts! Bedrooms have plenty of storage for everything and the extra sleeping porch was a bonus! The one drawback is the location across from a county / government facility. It makes for an unpleasant view in the front and some occasional traffic from large trucks. We focused on the lovely view in the back - the open grassy area surrounded by trees. Also the proximity to hiking trails and Fort Tuthill park is great!
