A-frame cabin, fenced-in yard

Welcome to our cozy modern A-frame nestled in the tall pines of Kachina Village! This cabin is fully decked out with plush furniture, vibrant décor and plenty of entertainment. You`ll find front and back patio seating, a fully fenced-in back yard, a retro Pac-man arcade game, an upstairs play nook, a hammock and a fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows under the stars! Come stay with us for a truly unforgettable getaway!

*Home does NOT have A/C*
**We do have a portable A/C unit in the living room**

Here is a basic layout of the home:

-Guest bedroom #1 (Queen bed), (provides access to the laundry room)
-Guest bathroom (Full bath)
-Guest bedroom #2 (Twin trundle bed),game room, access point to the back patio

-Second Floor-

-Master Bedroom Loft (King bed)
-Master Bathroom (Full bath)

Kachina village is a neighborhood just south of city limits of Flagstaff. The surrounding homes are mainly second homes designed to give the full experience of `cabin living`. There is a convivence store and gas station about 1/4 mile away from the home.

It`s important that guests understand this is a true A-frame cabin. The home has high vaulted ceilings that come diagonally downwards at a slope. There will be points closer to the wall where guest may have to lean over slightly to gain access to the corners of the home.

*If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation*

*Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes*
-No Parties: We have a strict `No-party policy`. Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee.
-No FIRES outside of the designated gas fire pit. Fine $200.00 + Cost of cleanup
-Pets: We do not allow pets. Evidence of pets will face a $200.00 fine + cost of cleanup or damages.
