Family Style Home - Pets & central!!

Newly updated home in a great neighborhood! 4 bedroom, 2 bath, contemporary home. Granite counters and spacious kitchen with a great floor plan. A full-size washer/dryer is available. This home is located in north-central Flagstaff close to the Flagstaff Medical Center, Buffalo Park, and a 5-minute drive to historic downtown, 10 minutes to NAU. Great hiking/biking trails right out your front door. The wood stove is not for guest use. Close to Hwy 180 & Hwy 89 routes to the Grand Canyon and other local sights. 2 pets allowed with $40 per pet fee.
*portable ac units in each bedroom in the summer. NOT meant to be run 24/7.

The property was great & as advertised. It was a good/great value for the price. Not only were the accommodations pet friendly but the property management went out of their way to make sure we understood the policy. We’re big fans of their check-in and security processes. Overall, we appreciated our stay so much we asked for a list of their properties to ensure we have the same great experience during our bext Flagstaff trip.

I had a serious surgery at Flagstaff medical. I wanted a safe , quiet, and pet friendly rental for my wife while I was in the hospital. First the positives: Location is 5- 7 minutes from the hospital! Fenced in back yard perfect for our little dog. Good wi-fi for online work. Probably safe neighborhood. Not-so positives: Furniture and rugs are very worn, and not clean. The one tv is in living room with the asthma inducing rug. None of the bedroom windows actually lock. If you step into backyard, every dog in the neighborhood will start barking, may not stop for hours.I would recommend for location, not for relaxation.

Very nice bathrooms and kitchen. Master bed was the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a vacation rental. The yard was peaceful and fully fenced which was great for our dogs. We’d happily stay here again.

perfect location - we moved our son into NAU, and the drive to and from his dorm was easy and close. We had nice family dinners and movie nights. The neighborhood was quiet, and the grocery store was close too. I loved the space in the house too!

Lovely home situated in quiet neighborhood

We were up for commencement and enjoyed the location and peace and quiet of the home. Appreciated they allowed for dogs since we had to bring ours along. Great backyard and ample space.

Family time

Came up with my family and dog to celebrate a wedding and truly enjoyed each evening. Comfy beds. Nice size yard. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had all that we needed. It was clean and the bathrooms even had all we could need. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice long weekend stay

Property was clean and well appointed. Nice layout. Convenient location close to downtown, situated in a nice neighborhood close walk to playground. Only suggestion it would be a nice addition to have a few plastic plates and bowls for young children & outdoor fire pit.

Do not recommend

Upon initial entry, the inside of the house looked relatively clean but upon further inspection it was not at all. Because of no a/c we tried to open some windows which look like they never have been cleaned. The front and backyard were both overrun with weeds and not taken care of. Planter boxes in back with just dead weeds. The furniture inside and out was very worn Kitchen was decent altho the trash can didn’t work, so you had to lift it open each and every time. Overall, do not recommend.
