Fully remodeled with high speed internet, Samsung Smart TVs in the bedrooms and living room, and updated theme appliances in the kitchen. Full size washer and dryer. Easy access to mountain bike and hiking trails, sites and museums. Great home base for day trips to the Grand Canyon, Oak Creek, Sedona, and the Snowbowl. Fenced yard features gazebo, Adirondack chairs, fire pit, picnic table, and BBQ grill.

Slick remodeled 2 bedroom with 1.5 baths and a one-car garage that boasts extra storage and a full size washer and dryer. The home features a fully fenced yard with gazebo, Adirondack chairs, picnic table, fire pit and charcoal BBQ. Inside the home, you'll find the living room with fireplace and 55" Samsung Smart TV, two sofas (long enough to sleep on; they do not fold out into beds), and a club chair. The oversized eat-in kitchen is well equipped with cookware, new theme appliances and a dining table with seating for 4 plus 2 spare chairs in the garage. The large master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite half bath. The second bedroom also features a king bed. This bungalow is an end unit with no one above or below in a three-home building. We LOVE dogs and they stay free.
