Property is nice, beds are very comfortable and the shower is great. The only issue is something they have no control over. Freight trains going by throughout the night.

My sister and I are older and found the property dark at night and extremely noise during the day. The facility does have breakfast BUT it’s just for the tourist buses not for average hotel guests. Way to go to make you feel less. We will spend money elsewhere.

Front desk staff were wonderful. There was an issue with expedia where I was charged for two rooms. Your front desk managers immediately got me in contact with expedia who resolved the issue (refunded one room). That was great customer service.

Clean room, outside could use some help but the staff were nice. The gal at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. If you want quiet you probably wont like any roadside motel but for thoseof us who grew up on the road its not bad. I felt safe here even with all the foot traffic. And super affordable I'll stay again if i come back this way.

This is a great hotel for the money. Check in was a breeze and room access was easy. Initially, the price caused some hesitation, but read the reviews and booked the room and was not disappointed. Would definitely stay there again when in Flagstaff.
