The Twisty Maple House

Twisty Maple offers beautiful mountain views and a cozy place to tuck in for a vacation away. All of the furniture in the house, with the exception of a couple of pieces, are family antiques that hail from Pittsburgh, PA. This creates a space that feels homey and curated, while still offering quiet luxury and the best service.

Enjoy the walking trails and deck in the spring and summer, curl up by the fire in the fall and winter.

This is a great property and the communication with the property manager was excellent. It has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. My family had a wonderful time connecting in the middle of the beautiful views and comfortable accommodations. Would stay again.

A perfect place for a reunion!

From the early communication from Annette, to the fantastic vista out the picture windows this house was perfect for our seven person reunion. The property is beautiful, the house was immaculate, the beds were comfortable and we will be back !

We had an awesome time at Twisty Maple!! The view was amazing, and the porch had plenty of seating for us to enjoy the view outside. The beds were comfortable-our group slept well. We really enjoyed our time here and would stay again :)

Great Location and Views

We were evacuated from the Outer Banks during our vacation and instead of going home, we decided to take a side trip to Asheville. This home was in a great location, close enough to the city for day trips and far enough away to enjoy the mountains. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Amazing view, thoughtful property manager

We had a wonderful stay here! Our group consisted of four families with young children, and we all found the rooms and beds to be incredibly comfortable and fitting for our needs. The view was amazing, and Annette was very thoughtful (putting outlet covers in before our arrival, providing pack n plays and a gate for the stairs). We would love to come back some day!

Magical

This was our second stay at Twisty Maple, although there were more of us this time. Even though we had some cool, rainy weather, we agree we had an absolutely magical time. This is a gorgeous place, with a reasonable amount of privacy. We feel lucky to have found it, and are looking forward to our next visit.

Incredible Experience - Perfect Celebration Location

Amazing property, location, view, staff and beyond. Celebrating our important life event here was the best vendor decision we made. Getting to celebrate for an entire weekend was a great decision. There are some rules to follow, but nothing over burdensome. Hopefully we’ll be back!

Family gathering

We had a wonderful time at Twisty Maple for my family’s annual gathering. The weather was perfect, which allowed us to stay out on the big patio. The view is fabulous! The location isn’t far from Fletcher and Arden. Asheville is within a short drive as well. We highly recommend Twisty Maple!

Thanksgiving 2020

My family and I spent our Thanksgiving holiday here and had a great time! Annette warmly welcomed us and the house accommodated all of our needs. We cooked our traditional Thanksgiving meal there. The kitchen and dining room has plenty of space! Great memories for sure. We will be back!
