The staff who checked me in on 9/22/25 was very helpful and kind. He warned me that my original room was by the highway and changed my room very quickly.

Clean, set up easy, staff in the am was friendly, beds were a lil hard but plenty of pillows, had fridge, microwave and a small table. Every thing u need for a short stay. Bathroom is a lily cramped but at least there a dressing area and sink separately. Overall for the price, I'd definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for one out of the 4 nights and I’m glad i was able to get a refund. The hotel is a little rough to stay at. The rooms were dirty. I had to switch rooms because how dirty it was. I had hair on the bedding, dirt on the sink, dirt and other stuff around the room. On top of that sheets were stained. Pretty gross. Someone was smoking marijuana in the room and stunk up the whole hallway. Only Best part was the staff was very kind and helpful when I needed it the most. If the hotel gets renovated i would consider staying there again.

Shuttle service runs from 9 AM to 6 PM

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. I specifically picked this hotel because theyhave a shuttle service from Flint Bishop Airport. My flight didn’t arrive until 1120 pm and after I made the reservation I found out that their shuttle service only runs from 9 AM until 6 PM. It cost me $30 to take a cab from the airport to the hotel. The room was fine, but the freeway traffic was loud, and the shower curtain was very smelly needed to be washed. The people that work there were incredibly nice from the desk person, the morning shuttle service driver and the lady in the breakfast service were all fantastic.

I had requested a shower chair from "Matt" the desk manager and didn't get one. Drain was plugged after my shower. Receptionist said maintenence didn't come back until Monday, so there is standing water in the tub. Coffee maker didn't work either! After requesting my money back, it was not until Saturday that I got a shower chair, and put into a different room, and the one bed smelled so bad. ** The Receptionist's attitude was very unprofessional and could of cared less. I waited 2days before I got a shower chair and thats ridiculous! I will never go back! Garbage outside was running over, and the building in general has a funky smell. The building is old and needs a renovation, and new people to run it!

We needed a place close to Flint Bishop airport for an early morning flight. It was good place to spend a night. Non-smoking room had been smoked in but I’m not sure if that’s different than any Michigan hotel. Front desk was friendly. Room was clean.

It was as clean as it could be for the condition it was in. Mold stains on the bathtub sealant. Other than that it was great. All the employees were every kind and so helpful. Thank you so much for making me feel welcomed

It was out honeymoon, jucuzzie tub had hair from people's privates all over the tub. Womens ling black hair, after i cealned it my self since it was 11pm when we checked in amd after i cleaned tub it took 3 hrs jist to get the water up to the jets. We wouldn't even use it due to took 3 hrs to fill jucuzzie tub NOT HAPPY. Paid extra for this room not a happy customers at all.

The hotel adequately clean and front desk staff very friendly. The hotel was extremely noisy. Families tracking water from the pool area through the elevators and to their rooms. Water on the floor. Pool area very noisy with children. One child lost in the main foyer at one time. We didn't get to sleep until very late because people were yelling and laughing in the halls til all hours.
