NOTE: Grill: Kenmore 4 burner propane grill provided on the updated patio. Tools, anti-stick and cleaning spray are provided. Please ensure safe use and turn propane tank off and once cool the grill is covered after each use. We provide and have backup propane, so please let us know if you run low or out on how to obtain the spare bottle.
NOTE: Fire pit: Please ensure you practice safety at all times and keep children at a safe distance from the fire. Only firewood is to be used. No explosives, cans, plastics, etc. S'more pokers are provided.
NOTE: Quiet hours: Please respect our neighbors and no loud music outside after 9pm. Our neighbors' peace and respect are important and it's what allows us to keep this beautiful home for your use.

What a wonderful place to stay! The hosts were very informative with advice on everything which was greatly appreciated. The beds were super comfy, the yard was a great place to hang out, and we all loved the arcade/pool room. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house was great for our Christmas gathering! The decorations were beautiful and just what we needed to make it feel special! Tyler was easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure everything was good! The basement was AWESOME! Loved the stocked games, pool table, arcade station and the projector was amazing! Such a fun set up and location was perfect too! We would definitely recommend bs we would stay here again! Thanks so much!

Our family planned a destination Thanksgiving... And this was the perfect place. We were able to cook our full traditional dinner... the kitchen had everything we needed. We watch all the games on the huge projector TV. The rest of the trip we were out and about town... We saw the Christmas lights in the cavern, lookout mountain railway, the aquarium and historic carrousel. The place and location is just perfect for families... And if you get bad weather the host has provides many games and attractions in the house to keep everyone busy.We had a wonderful holiday with our family and grateful for our host providing the perfect venue. Thanks again and thanks for the surprise pies yum yum!!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for the entire week. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cozy, and there were games for the kids, plus a pool table. Everything worked perfectly, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay again!

Great place for family stay in Chattanooga. House is close to Look Out Mt and other Chattanooga area attractions. Plenty of towels and nicely stocked kitchen. Great communication from host. We enjoyed the fire pit. Only got to use it one evening due to weather. Nice stay for multi generation stay.

My family and in laws were in town for a wedding and decided to all stay together in this house. It was perfect. Fenced in yard for my in laws small dog. Perfect downstairs for our young boys (10, 11). And 3 bathrooms!!! Would totally stay here again! Plus the owners were amazing!

Perfect for families!

We had a wonderful stay! It was super close to everything we wanted to see, but still in a quiet and lovely area. It was the perfect combo of close to the good stuff and away from the city. The house had everything we needed and then some (Crockpot and an air fryer!). The backyard was amazing! The decor was homey and beautiful. You can tell they take pride in their home and want the guests to be comfortable on their stay. We loved having our pups with us and feeling like they were truly welcome - not an imposition that the host was doing us a favor by accepting them. Tyler was incredibly responsive and helpful, despite being on his honeymoon in Rome! There was an issue upon our arrival (at no fault of the host), and even from across the world Tyler had it sorted and taken care of without a few hours of our arrival. Overall an amazing vacation! We’re looking at property in the area for retirement, and if we ever need to go back to make further arrangements, we’ll definitely stay again.

Short Spring Break

Tyler and Linnette were very responsive and helpful. Loved their recommendations. Everything was very clean and the backyard was AMAZING! I spent all of my time back there when we weren't exploring the nearby attractions. Super cute restaurants all around. Great downstairs for the kids. Very neat place. Would for sure stay there again if we come back.

Perfect stay

We really enjoyed our stay in the property. The owners were very responsive and helpful, always responded fast and explained all of our questions. The property was super clean and organized. Had everything that we need. The neighborhood it’s very quiet and all the persons that we encounter even on the stores were super nice. All the point of interest were closed to the property. Our family had a wonderful time and we really enjoyed our stay. We plan to comeback when we stay again in Chattanooga.

Middle of the Road, Long over due Adult Sibs Weekend

This property met our needs for relaxing, cooking, eating, resting, and entertainment. We were especially appreciative of the basket of towels for dirty messes at the front door! The hosts are intentional and considerate in their efforts to prepare each room. We plan a return visit next season. Tseason!at the front door.

Great stay

We went for a family vacation. The house was perfect! The game room kept us entertained with movies and pool and the rooms were cozy and spacious. The location was perfect for all of our Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain visits. Highly recommend!

Great family rental

We weren't looking to stay downtown but wanted to be close enough to drive and also wanted a place for all of us to stay together. It was great having our own rooms and bathrooms with plenty of places to sit and visit. The basement was a bonus with the pool table and projection screen to watch t.v. We enjoyed sitting on the deck under the new gazebo and loved having a fenced in yard for our dog as well. The host -Tyler was extremely responsive, and helpful. He checked on us after our arrival to be sure we had everything we needed and gave us some recommendations for food and places to take our grandson. We had a great time. Thanks for having us.

Scenic City Must Have

We stayed at this amazing house while our daughter was playing in the Scenic City tournament in Chattanooga, TN! The kids loved the pool table, games, and projector. The house had everything we needed! Our host were great and available to answer any questions.

Perfect place for us!

The house was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed. Communication was great and check in was easy. The downstairs with the movie setup, pool tables and games were perfect for our teenage kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome home, great location

We had a great time. We all watched polar express on the projector screen room before we went to do the Santa train to the North Pole. We were 15-20 minutes from every activity we had planned. Purrfect for our dog as well. Would absolutely recommend and stay again

Great location and space

We came in for a wedding with the intention to explore the area and get in some hiking to enjoy the Fall foliage! The house was located in a very convenient area to everything!! The space in the house was good! We were supposed to have our grandkids and possibly our in-law’s but they couldn’t come so just us but the home was cozy! Very attentive owners and we plan to come back and rent this one again!! Highly recommend!!

Great Stay

The property was absolutely as in the pictures! It was a great location to where our family needed to travel back and forth from. Tylers hospitality was amazing! I would highly recommend the house to anyone needing the Chattanooga area. Would definitely go back.
