The spacious, level backyard boasts stunning mountain views that can be enjoyed from cozy seating areas, including a charming swing and fire pit. The highlight is your own private view of historic Rock City, where you can see 7 states on a clear day. A stroll across the front yard reveals a large-scale Rock City birdhouse – a must see during your visit!
This modern townhome complex sits on the RIGHT side, with a private entrance. The open concept two-story 1,600 sq foot home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 full baths with plenty of room for everyone. The main floor holds a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space and 1/2 bath while the upstairs includes the 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
If you are coming to the area for a reunion, sports events, wedding, etc. and need more space, consider booking Rock Vista Retreat Family. This listing includes both sides of the townhome with access to all the shared amenities and a total occupancy of 16. The large level front yard is shaded and is an excellent place for a family hangout or a friendly game of wiffle ball or corn hole.
