The facility is clean and well set up which is directly across the train station with easy access, however at late hours of the evening it is not a pleasant walk back to the hotel. The hotel is a 10-minute walk away from all the center activities and coming back at late hours did not feel safe.

We've been an expedia member for years and never been so disappointed. This hotel had excellent reviews online however the sheets were dirty, we left with bug bites, the room smelled, and the bathroom sink didn't drain properly. Truly not the standard.

We had a great experience at this hotel! A special shoutout to Stephanie at the front desk—she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, and not only did she allow us to check in before 3 PM, but she also kindly stored our luggage for free while we waited. Her professionalism and warm attitude really made our stay start on the right foot. Thank you, Stephanie! the hotel just across the santa nouvella station which we used it many times Please ask for a room away from the bar and breakfast sooo delicious

Great location across the street from the train station. Pricing is reasonable. Beds could use better quality mattresses. Breakfast was delicious.

Very good location. Ideal for the train station and walking into Florence. Very nice dinning area and breakfast selection. Can get a little crowded outside the hotel with people waiting for trams/buses. But that’s no fault of the hotel.
