The property is located in the Le Cure district, a quiet residential area just north of the historic center, where you can admire the renowned Cure Market and the homonymous square.

The internal space is organized as follows:
-BEDROOM: King Size bed, wardrobe, ceiling fan and desk.
-LIVING AREA: single sofa bed, dining table, TV and access to the outside.
-COOKING CORNER: 5 burner hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, kettle, microwave and moka.
-BATHROOM: shower, bidet, toilet
-EXTERIOR: tiled patio with outdoor table and chairs, umbrella, barbecue and washing machine. It is possible to park a motorbike inside the private patio.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: independent heating, unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer.

The whole house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

The property is located in the Le Cure district, a quiet residential area just north of the historic center, where you can admire the renowned Cure Market and the homonymous square. Every morning you will find the colorful and typical market (in the square named after the neighborhood) but not only, the neighborhood is full of shops of all kinds, bars, cafes and restaurants. You can therefore savor the residential Florence of the Florentines, but at the same time be close to all the attractions of this wonderful city. Do not forget the proximity to the Artemio Franchi stadium (just over 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot) interesting not only for football fans, but also for the concerts held there in the summer months, as well as the Mandela Forum where shows, concerts and musicals are held, 5 minutes walk from the Stadium.

The apartment is well connected to the center, it is in fact possible to easily reach Santa Maria Novella Station thanks to line 1, with the "Calandrino" stop a few steps from the building. From here you can easily visit all the main points of interest in the city by moving easily on foot or thanks to public transport.

-From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport it is possible to reach the apartment as follows: Line T2 from the Airport to the Santa Maria Novella railway station where it is possible to take line 1 with the final stop "Madonna Della Querce", a 2-minute walk away from the apartment.

-From Santa Maria Novella station it is possible to reach the hotel thanks to line 1 with the final stop "Madonna Della Querce", which is a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

If you travel by car, you can park on the street for a fee (blue stripes) or, alternatively, park at the Parterre garage in Via della Madonna della Tosse 9 (for a fee), which is about 10 minutes walk from the property.

At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest for legal purposes only, therefore you will be asked to show a valid document.

During check-in, cash payment of the city tax of € 3 / person per night will be requested.
