cozy and comfortable
Posted Mar. 28, 2024 on HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay here and really liked the ease of walking to nearby points of interest. The home was cute and clean. The manager was great with communicating, meeting us upon our arrival and showing us how things worked. We really liked getting to have a washing machine inside the unit! The only downside was that there was construction on the street and the noise definitely traveled upstairs, but we were already getting up and ready for the day when it started so it didn't affect us much.

Convenient and comfortable

Cozy and modern apartment
Posted Sep. 12, 2023 on HomeAwayMy boyfriend and I spent our last night in Florence in this comforting and contemporary apartment. The host was very welcoming and accommodating to us. It’s a short walk to the city center and very fitting for those spending a few days in this beautiful city.

Great apartment and location

A pleasant apartment in a very convenient location.
Posted Apr. 24, 2023 on HomeAwayThe best feature of the apartment was its location: a 15 minute walk to the Duomo, and not much further than that to many of the highlights of Florence. The apartment itself was comfortable enough. The kitchen is adequate but we wouldn't want to do a lot of cooking. The bedrooms were fine and quiet, including the one facing the street. Storage space in the latter was limited, the potential space being cluttered with any number of items. The bathroom is small and the shower tiny, but that is the result of the age of the building and what would have been possible to build. The heating system is modern and effective. The TV works ok but has only Italian stations. The apartment is on the first floor (US second floor) with no lift. A bus stop offering a number of lines is just down the block--very convenient. Ww would consider staying here again if we were to return to Florence. Expect crowds and long lines at the most important sites.

Great Location

Wonderful location, perfect apartment for Florence
