Fantastic experience here - great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Felt a bit cheeky we had to spend a further €79 to use the spa, as other 4* hotels during our trip provided spa access for free (notably, with more amenities like a cold bath). They did also provide us very kindly with complimentary cocktails, made expertly by Ricardo, to celebrate our honeymoon which we thought was a lovely personal touch!

Wonderful hotel in the center of Florence. Service was amazing. Front desk helped out in getting dinner reservations, getting train tickets, and giving general Firenze advice. Breakfast was included and very good. Highly recommend staying here.

Amazing property and location; it was about a 10 min walk from Firenze SMN station. Everything in the vicinity was accessible by walking. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Daniela and staff welcomed us on our first day and made sure we were taken care of the entire time.

This property is just wonderful! It is expensive, but beautiful, incredibly well located, and the service is at a Four Seasons level. The breakfast is lovely--in addition to the buffet, they will make you a custom omlet, etc. We were there for my husband's birthday (it was a five night stay), and the staff all wished him Happy Birthday and we were sent a complimentary bottle of prosecco.

Super hotel, highly recommend!

Fantastic small hotel in a great location to access all of the main sights in Florence. Check in was excellent, Chiara went above and beyond to be helpful, providing super recommendations, especially for vegetarian restaurants. All staff were friendly, but Chiara and Daniele deserve a special mention. We stayed in a deluxe room which was spotlessly clean, comfortably furnished and well serviced. Breakfast was excellent with a great range of fresh, healthy and delicious food. We would definitely stay at this hotel again on any future visits to Florence.
