The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are pretty small and the A/C system was not very effective.

Rooftop is not always available

Love this hotel the only thing you need to know is the rooftop sometimes is rented out I believe mostly on the weekends and you cannot use it which when you pay this type of money you would like to be able to use all of the facilities if they only section off part Of the rooftop when Rentingout that would be much better

The location in historic downtown Florence is excellent. All the staff was very friendly especially the front desk and bellman. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome hotel

We had an excellent 2 night stay. Location is convenient, very close to the train station. Staff is courteous and friendly. Breakfast is great. Very safe place. Room doesnt smell like cigarette smoke and is very clean and they stock the fridge daily with no charge. Will definitely recommend.

Loved the location. Walkable from the train station even with luggage. Nice breakfast with spectacular views. Loved the little terrace off of our room. Hated the small bathroom. The tub/shower was to narrow and very dangerous to get in and out of…..so much so they had an emergency pull cord right in the tub. Hair dryer was mounted way too high with a very short cord on it. Very difficult to use. Good location for walking to just about anywhere in the city.

Hot was very nice and conveniently located 3-5 city blocks from Florence City Center. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend making Hotel Restaurant reservation prior to arrival to get the benefit of the “beautiful roof top view of Florence”. We stayed 3 days and could not get reservations. Overall very good experience!
