The entire staff at The Continentale was top-notch. The view from our riverfront room was perfect and the hotel was located in the best location! Definitely stay here!!

This hotel is in a great location. You can walk to all the important sites. The staff are really nice. Breakfast was first class. The room was super clean, modern and very comfortable. I highly recommend this property if you are exploring downtown Florence.

It was a fantastic and luxurious experience overlooking the Ponte Vecchio.
The staff was very courteous, funny and very helpful with dining suggestions as well as directions.
Definitely a luxury experience when in Florence.
Can’t wait to visit again.

The Terrazzo Bar on the rooftop is the highlight of the hotel. Some of the hotel staff were outstanding and some were very poor.

Perfect location, exemplary service.
