Great price for great location. 4 stars for very noisy, you hear the trolley and neighbors running water. Otherwise great hotel, less than 5 min away from train station, major attractions 15-20 min walk.

We were “upgraded” to a triple room but did not have an outdoor patio like our other 2 couples/friends with the double rooms as we originally booked. Shower very small and awkward. They will hold your baggage if you arrive early but nobody is watching it so it didn’t feel safe to leave bags.

They gave us a complimentary room upgrade with a balcony which was great! Good value for the price. Transit accessible, was right by the train station.

Location close to train station was convenient but made for noisy nights. Along with the room itself we were able to hear neighboring rooms toilet flushing and what sounded like moving furniture around. Bathroom was very dated compared to other hotels we stayed at throughout Italy. Staff was friendly and the breakfast got our day started off well.
