Hotel Embassy was great. It was located close to the train station, so it was quick and convenient to get to the station when travelling to other cities for day trips etc. However it is very close to the trams and unfortunately you can hear the trams going by periodically even with the windows closed. That didn’t bother us too much though. The room was spacious, clean, and had what we needed, however we wished the room had a couch or some chairs to sit on so we would have more comfortable options to sit on instead of sitting on the bed. The room had 2 stools, which get uncomfortable for the back if sitting for a long time. The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and had many options. Great affordable pick for those traveling to Florence.

Good location. Staff were lovely. Room was big and clean. Shower was great. Only two slight negatives we're the bed is a tad hard and it can get noisy from activity in the hotel, depending which room you get. We had a room that got a bit of noise from people walking past, although it didn't really bother us as we were always too tired from enjoying Florence to notice!

Hotel room was really small, we asked to be moved as the room was barely big enough to walk round the bed. The bathroom and wardrobes were on a different level to the bedroom s the floor space was so small.

Lovely hotel close to what we needed. Everyone was very friendly and the hotel was very comfortable. We were woken at 7:30 by the cleaners coming into the room and not realising that we were in the room asleep.

We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was close to station, convenient and walking distance to centre. Room was clean and staff were very kind. Would stay again for our next time in Florence!

Superbly placed hotel for rail travel into Florence and onlt a short walk from the major sights of the city. Staff were incredibly helpful both on check in and check out and the room was lovely. Breakfast was fine. Location is less inviting at night but all city train stations have similar problems.

Place is a must; dont look further.

First time in Florence: 2 women, 1 teenager. They were in heaven with place: closer to the train station, attention to detail, modern rooms, closer to eateries, kind personnel, 0 complaints ! They did not use the parking and Bfast was not included. Better than expected !
