Publié le 15 sept. 2023 sur HotelsHotel muy bien ubicado, la zona es segura, desayuno basico: cafe, fruta, pan, queso, leche, mermeladas. Se me hizo bueno y variado. El personal muy gentil, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Si volveria a hospedarme ahi. Si lo recomiendo.

Dear Mrs. Stephanie,We are sorry of you complaint, but it is difficult to reply to your review, because you didn't write what it was the real problem with our Hotel. The only thing you said to our reception staff was that there was noise...but we are in the heart of the city center, 500 meters far form the central station and the Cathedral, few meter far form San Lorenzo Church and the Medici Chapels.

Great staff who are ready to help. Wonderful location. Great value. Not too far from metro.

The staff is so pleasant especially Gaia who was one of the clerk for our days there. The breakfast staff was also very helpful and the breakfast was very good as well.

I loved the hotel and location but it was unable to provide us good internet speed. When I complaint, they just said that too many people are using it. They are using single wifi for two floors!
Breakfast box could be better as someone is paying full despite we need to leave early.
