The location was good and made it easy to go places. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived, so I had to clean urine off the seats!! The mattress cover also didnt seem washed. The place had a bad order that was hard to get over. Overall okay stay but not great.

Lovely apartment in an amazing location. Right on the Arno and just steps from the city centre, this was a wonderful spot for our visit to Florence!

Amazing location! The AC did not work properly; it was hot and steamy. I suggest more attention to cleanliness in the bathroom, kitchen, and floors. The washing machine had a puddle of standing water.

Easily could walk every where. Very comfortable and clean. And very accommodating for me for check-in that I greatly appreciated.
