Bright apartment on the fourth floor (no elevator) of a typical Florentine building. 
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance of the main attractions and services, in fact the Piazza San Marco tram station is 8 minutes away and the Santa Maria Novella train station is just 20 minutes walk from the apartment.
Nearby there is Piazza Santissima Annunziata, the Sant'Ambrogio market, the Synagogue, the "Giardino dei Semplici" botanical garden and just 7 minutes walk away is the Galleria dell'Accademia museum where you can admire Michelangelo's famous David .
The apartment consists of a large living area with an equipped kitchenette and dining table, a lovely small balcony, a full bathroom with bathtub and a double bedroom. 
Bed linen and a set of towels for each guest, wifi and a washing machine are available to guests. 
The house has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. 
The apartment is located on the top floor of a typical historical Florentine building, not equipped with a lift and therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required
