The Orto De Medici is a great hotel. The property is spotless, the staff are exceptionally helpful and the breakfast is terrific. The location is perfect - a short walk to the Duomo, virtually around the corner from San Marco, etc and yet it is just outside the main tourist scrum.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, and the breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise! Alazne at the front desk went above and beyond for us, including in making personalized recommendations for places to visit (based on our interests), and for places to eat (each of which were fantastic).
