The staff is very rude and the rooms are pretty small. Not a pleasant stay.

I liked having an outside balcony to have dinner on or read on. It iappeared to somewhat difficult to find but is not. Take the T2 tram to Redi station (from main train station S M Novella). 3 stops & you are within a block. We did not know this & spent 12 Euros on a taxis.

Recommended to the people who like privacy. Away from the crowds. Don't pay attention to an abandoned construction site next door. Close to rail road sration
