We were so impressed with the Social Hub Belfiore. It’s clean, modern, and there’s such good energy in the lobby where people are casually mingling, playing pool, getting some work done. The rooms are very clean, nice showers. Checkin was smooth. Elissa was so friendly and helpful. We tried the restaurant and cafe- both were excellent and reasonably priced. The rooftop bar had a great vibe, would be nice in warmer weather. It’s right on the T2 line, straight route from the airport, very close to most areas you want to visit, clean and safe for families. A must stay if in Florence.

Before travelling to Italy I’d never heard of or stayed in any Social Hub Hotels, but I have to say that I’m now a fan! There are two locations in Florence and I stayed at the Belfiore Hotel, which was a short walk or tram ride from Florence Station. It was a bit out of the way from the city centre, but I think the hotel more than makes up for it with its friendly staff, high standard of facilities, including all clean rooms with all the mod cons you’d expect, and a stunning roof top bar and pool. I can also recommend the restaurant and cafe adjoining the hotel too, both offered some fantastic food and were clearly busy with the locals and guests of the hotel, shared working space facilities etc.

We enjoyed how spacious this hotel was. The rooms were perfect size and very clean. The hotel offered a lot. There was so much to do. The property is well kept. The rooftop was amazing and so were the views. The night life was chill and the street food portion and options was a plus. We loved renting bikes that were right outside the hotel and riding into the near tourist locations and plaza. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. We plan to use this hotel chain wherever possible. Very near to the Florence main train station.

The social hub was great! It’s walkable distance from the centre if one wants to walk but also 2min away from tram station making touring and getting to and from the airport super easy. The staff was helpful and nice. It was clean. The room was great with a comfortable bed and pillows and a great shower! The rooftop pool and bar were great on a sunny day to unwind. Recommended

The concept of the hotel has potential. The downstairs area has a nice atmosphere and the self-checkin was an easy process. However, the walls are too fine - you could hear everything! The bathroom has no fan, leading to an uncomfortable stale smell. The light switches are inconveniently at the front of the room and overall it was just meh.

Amazing hotel! Cannot recommend enough. Way better in person than in the images provided. The service was 10/10 and a truly convenient and enjoyable hotel. Tram stop directly outside connects to the main train station and city centre.

Brand new hotel with stunning rooftop garden, bar, and enormous pool, with spectacular view of the Duomo. The staff is very attentive and made our stay feel special. The bed was very comfortable. The energy and the vibe in the hotel is very positive, it had a great feel to it. Restaurants were excellent, breakfast was plentiful. Neighborhood had great restaurants, too. Walking distance to all sites, but the tram stops right outside the front door as well.

They are understaffed at front desk. There is always a line to ask even a simple question. The staff is young kids who obviously don’t care about the clients’ problems or questions. I felt like they were fake and put out to help me.

Modern hotel with great atmosphere

The hotel is very modern with a vibrant atmosphere. It had an amazing roof top area with gardens, a large swimming pool, loungers and bar. Its a 10 minute walk from the station, so is slightly away from the central tourist area, however one of the tram lines stops adjacent to the hotel. There's a good gym and the breakfast was great. The check in and communication was quite high tech and efficient, but there were plenty of very friendly and helpful staff on hand.

FANTASTIC hotel. Has soooo much to offer including a pool and rooftop bar and lots of places to lounge. There is a cafe and a nice restaurant as well. In the perfect spot across from the T2 which takes you right into Florence.
