Property was 'mazelike' and the signage sparse, making finding the room arduous, pulling the luggage down long halls. We were told that no luggage trolley was available in a nonchalant way. Elevator wait was long, one was out of service! We did have an excellent meal in the restaurant(Florence) and Guido was an exceptionally good waitperson, friendly, caring, professional and right on with his recommendations! Thank you

A unique hotel experience from the very good (staff, room size, overall facilities and convenient location) to the bizarre (IKEA standard furniture, walking through the Car park corridor to find the room, poor signage and the advertised swimming pool only available to “members”) to the bad (bathroom floor and walls were not clean, strange hair in shower enclosure, broken taps, barely functioning aircon). I would stay here again but with eyes open and considering value for money. Outside within a couple of minutes there are great value places for dinner and breakfast

I love the attention to detail..the in room bathroom products 'Zenology' were amazing. Loved the kettle! Very comfortable bed and the air-conditioning was so very welcome. The staff at reception were so welcoming and very helpful. All the hospitality staff - bar, cafe and restaurant were all so friendly. The breakfast was so good and catered for gluten free dining. Incredible views from the rooftop...the pool was incredible... I absolutely recommend 'The Social Hub' as an amazing place to stay while enjoying Florence and neighbouring locations. Excellent stay, thank you so much.

Hotel needs some attention to safety and service.

Our room was slow to allow us to check in. We had no cups for a brew after I’d informed them. Didn’t seem bothered. The hotel is massive, no signs on doors where lifts are on the upper levels. If there was a fire it would be very scary.

The hotel was very basic and had student type vibes. The route to the room walking through the basement of the hotel, and the need to iron your clothes in the bespoke laundry room typified this. The room was uncomfortably hot and the thermometer wasnt working, and the shower flooded the entire room. Breakfast was good and I heard the rooftop bar was good from a colleague.

This place is a gem! Only a short tram ride from the train station, it is modern, reasonably priced, and has an attractive vibe. Breakfast was terrific and our room (2047) was amply sized. This is our now go to accommodation in Florence.

This property has a lot of potential. It has a super cute lobby that makes you feel excited to stay there. My husband enjoyed the pool area. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is right across the street from the train. Unfortunately, our room was visibly dirty. The towels appeared used, the cups and spoons were used and the bathroom was not cleaned. Luckily, we only stayed for one night.

i loved the structure and staff, the gym was one of the best I have ever been in a Hotel. the swimming pool was quite full of people.
