Cozy and ventilated house built in masonry with two floors, the ground floor consisting of a suite with a double bed and ceiling fan. Large and equipped kitchen, pantry integrated into the living room with TV and stereo, in addition to the toilet. Independent entrance with covered garage. Huge and wooded garden, ideal for al fresco dining - On the upper floor are three bedrooms and a living room, all rooms with ceiling fans. Region surrounded by mountains with many options for trails, waterfalls and a lagoon. The house is located in Praia dos Açores, in the South of the Island, which is the most environmentally preserved part of Florianópolis. This beach is one of the few remaining fishing villages, with boats that complete one of the most beautiful coastal landscapes on the island, 25 kilometers away from the city center. The clean water beach is 100 meters from the house and when you sleep you can hear the noise of the waves. Very safe place in a village inhabited by native people. Ideal environment for those who enjoy tranquility amid the lush tropical garden.
Guests have access to the entire house, including: kitchen, balcony, laundry, toilet, garage, barbecue area, which also contains a wood stove.

• We want you to enjoy what our home has to offer, just as we expect it to meet your needs. We try to keep it organized in such a way that they only have the job of having fun;

• The garage lamps work by photocell, that is, they turn on and off automatically;

• Please DO NOT install a swimming pool, stop the car on the lawn or change the layout of the furniture, remove any plant changes and I also ask you not to install a slackline on the pillars or plants of the house;

• TVs work with a satellite dish. For this reason, they must be tuned to channel “3” and the channels changed by the white color control, located in the upper room;

• We suggest recycling dry waste (Large / Brown Trash) and separate organic (Small / White Trash). The organic / conventional collection takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7 am and the selective on Thursdays at the same time;

• We would like you to allow the gardener, Mr. Guilherme, so that in this period he continues to take care of the garden;
