We hosted a family reunion week on Folly Beach, and the Pink Flamingo was perfect. Very well appointed for easy beach living. Being steps from the ocean allowed everyone to keep their own schedules, enjoy each other, and the great area. Tide pools, beach combing, surfing/boogie boards, walks, bike rides... perfect relaxing week!

Amazing home and stunning views!!!

The home was awesome! The views were absolutely stunning! We stayed to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday so the elevator certainly came in handy! The kitchen was stocked with all cooking utensils that we needed, the home was very clean and tidy as well.

Beautiful Rental Property

Enjoyed our time at this beach front rental with family ages 60-88 years old. Loved the outdoor shaded dining area where we enjoyed our meals. This area has a nice dining table and comfortable couches. The roof top deck was wonderful. A few of us even slept up there listening to the waves all night. The elevator was helpful for our 88 year old mother. I wish it would have gone all the way to the roof top area for her. There is plenty of room for a large group to enjoy whether you're inside or outside. The kitchen was very well stocked. Communication with the property Mangement group was excellent.They were easy to contact before and during our time there. Having the ability to reach someone at any time of day is very important to me when renting. If any problems arise having contact information and then actually being able to reach a live staff person 24/7 is vital. Beds were comfortable. We used the beach rental credit provided by the property to rent bikes and enjoyed biking around on the island. The location of this home is perfect. Close enough to walk to the Main Street to enjoy restaurants and shops if you desire yet you are far enough away from that area that does get busy in the evening. Being right on the beach and having the amazing ocean view is what this property is all about and what you are paying for. From the roof top the sunrise and sunset views are beautiful. I would definitely rent this property again.

10 friends from high school together after 50 years stayed for a week. We had plenty of room, easy access to beach, every appliance we could think of in a large kitchen. Watched beautiful sunrise from comfortable porch. Would go back again, everything very nice

This house was amazing. We had the opportunity to meet the owner and he was so nice. His wife took care of so many creative neat touches that really made you feel like a welcome guest. We loved the sugar cubes for our morning coffee!! We a wonderful stay in this wonderful home!

Pink Flamingo

Perfect family home on the ocean in Folly Beach. This home offers lots of space for the family to branch out and relax in various different locations around the home as well as wonderful entertaining spaces. Our family really enjoyed the rooftop game room and we loved having coffee each morning at the end of the beach walkway with the ocean almost at our feet. The kitchen is extremely well appointed and made it a pleasure to cook for the family while on vacation. My only regret was not taking advantage of the enormous soaking tub in the 2nd floor primary while looking out over the ocean. Next time!!!

Beautiful thoughtfully laid out home perfect for a gathering. enough room to spread out - and a beautiful common area and deck - right on the beach. Rooftop deck with a pool table - and bar to watch the sunsets... Perfect. Walking distance to the Center Street area - for added fun. love love love this home.

Great house in a great location!

We had 8 adults and two kids under 12 at this house for a week. We loved the big open living and dining spaces. You could see the ocean from throughout the first floor. It’s really close to town so we walked there often. The porch and roof deck were well done and the kids enjoyed the game room. Our only negative was that most of the bedrooms had a smaller bed than desired making it harder for some couples to be comfortable.

Wonderful home!

Perfect location and ideal layout/room for a small group of friends. The kitchen was well-stocked and the elevator was definitely a plus. The rooftop deck and game room was the highlight of the stay. So happy to have that when the wind on the beach was too much. Would definitely stay there again!

This home is absolutely beautiful! Every detail was considered in the design and maintenance of this property. I’m so used to renting high end homes that are poorly maintained and lack the love of a home, you can feel the love in this property. Everything about our stay was phenomenal!!
