Coastal Vacation Paradise~ Folly Treehouse

Folly Treehouse is one of Folly's Best! This unique customized home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs with spacious living space plus an additional half bath downstairs. You will love this hip yet cozy two story beach home nestled in the trees! Both suite-style bedrooms come complete with king size beds and flat screen TVs. Downstairs ia an open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout. Start your days with lazy breakfasts in the updated kitchen that comes complete with everything you may need to make a great meal as well as stainless steel appliances. The inviting living room lets in plenty of natural light through the tall windows and glass doors that lead out to the private wrap around deck. There is a small fenced in area and plenty of space to relax in the shade of the trees or hang out with friends and family around the grill. Please note: charcoal/propane and cleaning of grill is the responsibility of the guest.
There is even an outdoor shower to wash off the sand outside before settling in for the evening! Tucked amongst the tranquility of the trees it will be hard to believe you're just two short blocks from Center Street as well as the sand and sea! Folly Treehouse allows 3 dogs, with a combined weight of up to 80lbs. (Pre-approval is required, and fees apply-please don't hesitate to contact us directly for additional information). The rental includes two onsite parking spaces. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. Our family of 5 (4 adults and 1 pup) just got back from our stay at this property and it was great. Great location to both the beach and shops. Quiet location and plenty of space for our whole family. We will definitely be back!

All the comforts of home

Well appointed, clean and great location. Nice layout and two en suite bathroom with king beds was a good set up. The welcome kits with soap, etc was an awesome touch!

Awesome Short Stay

Booked this property last minute for a short trip to Folly! Property was wonderful and communication with the rental company was even better! We defiantly will be returning. House was only available for 2 nights but we wished we could have stayed longer! Best part is we got to bring our Chocolate Lab along and there was plenty of space for him to enjoy outside.

Worth the visit

Overall, very pleased with the trip and accommodations. Only negative was slow internet and unable to connect smart tv to any viewing app due to internet speeds. We weren't there to watch TV but it would have been nice for the moments of downtime.

Great time!

The house was amazing, great layout. Lots of room for the four of us and two small dogs. Would have loved more outdoor furniture and the fenced in back yard was a little disappointing. We had two very small dogs and they really couldn’t use the back yard, it is overgrown. Overall we had a great stay.

Great location

Close to the beach but without the noise of the condos. They place was super clean. Full of light. The deck is very nice. Things were labeled well. We would definitely stay again. Our only comments in any way negative are the dressers in the bedrooms were not useable- very flimsy. Some of the window cranks were broken. The beds were very comfortable however. Be sure to bring all you will need for the kitchen including coffee filters, napkins, and measuring cups. There is not dish rack to hand wash dishes. Plenty of pots and pans.No range fan.

Simply the Best

Hubby and I have rented several different properties at Folly Beach. We are always looking for dog-friendly rentals with a fenced back yard. Folly Tree House has that and more. The inside was very clean and nicely decorated without lots of "clutter". The kitchen had absolutely everything you would need to cook a meal there, including a crock pot! There is a Keurig and a regular coffee maker as well. The most amazing part of the kitchen was the pantry. Yes - I said a pantry. I don't think we have ever rented a place that had a pantry. It was so nice that we didn't have to take up counter space to store snacks, drinks, etc. The outside deck area was lovely with 4 Adirondack chairs shaded by a huge tree. The fenced yard was secure. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off sand. Upstairs are two very spacious bedrooms with huge king beds that are both very comfortable. Each bedroom has a closet and a full bath. We always rent a golf cart to use going to the beach, down to Center Street, etc. We absolutely could have saved that money on this trip. There is a beach access trail almost directly across from the rental. It is also only a block and a half to Center Street. We walked everywhere with no problem. We highly recommend this property.

Not a bad place but description is a bit misleading

It was clean, convenient, and overall we had a good time. I don’t recall anything in the description however mentioning it is attached to another unit. This is more like a duplex. Furthermore it’s a bit outdated for the price and the “yard” is a strip of dirt in the back for dogs to relive themselves. Saying “fenced in yard” is a stretch. That said, we had a good time and the booking and check in/out process was easy.
