Ocean Front Coastal Charm

Beach Front with views of Folly Fishing Pier. This recently renovated charming cottage has 2 queen beds and 1 King bed along with a queen sleeper sofa bed. The open kitchen features granite countertops and an ocean view while you cook. The open floor plan allows for easy conversation and entertaining. Hardwood floors, spiral staircase, washer & dryer, ceiling fans in all rooms. This home features a fenced yard and fenced deck for a pet safe environment.

WE ARE PET FRIENDLY! PLEASE SELECT THE "PET" BUTTON. Maximum 2 dogs and we do not accept cats or birds. The pet fee is $95.00 plus tax and covers both dogs. Please let me know the breed/s and weight/s of your dog/s upon booking.

This is not an event house
We are pet friendly with a pet fee - max two dogs (only). If the dog’s weight is over 50 pounds, contact us for approval.
Children are allowed
This is a non-smoking house - smoking is permitted outside.
We provide beach chairs and beach towels - Anything left on the beach overnight will be removed by beach patrol. – You will be charged for chair replacement. Fill any holes in the sand each evening so that people and turtles are safe.
Lights on the Front Beach and under the house must be off between 10PM and dawn during May 1st to October 31st for turtle nesting season.

Though a smaller property, the view and how the house were excellent. For my wife, myself and our 2 bassets it was cozy and inviting. From sitting out on the back deck and listening to the ocean, to a very nice living space that was not cluttered with a bunch of knick knacks. And it had a wonderful view of the ocean, especially at sunrise. The kitchen was nicely appointed but could use a toaster instead of a toaster oven, which we do love. And as for the pups, the owner was very thoughtful and provided covers for the furniture and bed, which was a welcome surprise since we bring ours also. Communication was also excellent. If you bring you pets though, make sure they are able to negotiate stairs and we knew this in advance. Our older basset had some trouble, but handled it like a champ. Look forward in the future to staying here again.

What a great little house on the beach! My wife and I decided to spend a long weekend here and it was well worth it. We found the house to be very clean and the view was fantastic. Best part is that the house is just ten yards from the beach and it comes with a fenced in yarn so you can leave the dogs outside to dry off after a nice day on the beach.

Perfect beachfront getaway for me, my fiance and our dog. Beautiful view of the beach, super convenient to the restaurants and "strip" while enjoying the quieter beach living vibe. The back deck was perfect for star gazing while the rolling waves provided a soothing serenade. Loved getting up before sunrise and strolling the beach. Everything you need is right there or a few blocks away!

Beach Perfection

We loved the property, especially the proximity to the beach and the exact right distance from the Folly Beach town center. The house was clean and quiet, and it was a 30 second walk to the beach. The deck provided a perfect spot to enjoy a morning beverage and watch the sun rise.

The location was perfect! We enjoyed the view of the beach from the patio, spent lots of time on the beach, and were so pleased that shops and restaurants were within walking distance (1 mile). All aspects of the house were as advertised, but the house could use some updating.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful time at this amazing vacation cottage! The location was the best and being able to bring our pups made it one of the nicest times we have ever spent at the beach. They are truly dog friendly and we were able to relax and know our pups were safe. The house was clean and we had everything we needed for a great week, Thank you so much for having us . Very nice place

The house was very well equipped for a small family or gathering. Most amenities were provided. I was a little disappointed that the host wasn’t willing to work with the very early check out time or pet fee. This fee was tacked on separately from VRBO and was a little annoying to have to pay. There were a lot of stairs to get into the house- would not be ideal for handicapped individuals, older pets, and/or small children. However, the grounds were nice and the location was really great.
