Situated just steps from the beach, Carolina Gold offers stunning ocean views and convenient access to all the best of Folly Beach.

Features:

Living Area:
The spacious living area opens onto a full-length balcony, where you can enjoy the sounds of the ocean and take in views of the beach. The cozy, beach-inspired furniture is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. A flat-screen TV is available for entertainment, and large windows bring the beach paradise indoors.

Kitchen:
The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a French door refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher. With its open layout, the kitchen allows for meal preparation while enjoying ocean views. A washer and dryer are also included for your convenience.

Bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: King bed with a private en-suite bathroom featuring double sinks and a large walk-in shower. This room has direct access to the oceanfront balcony and a flat-screen TV.
Bedroom #2: King bed with a private en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom #3: King bed, shares a bathroom with the twin bedroom.

We had a very nice time. The condo was very nicely furnished and all the amenities were great! Very big condo and the view right on the beach was great! Would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our July stay in Folly Beach! The location of the condo is perfect and walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops along Center Street. This has become our yearly family tradition and we always look forward to returning to Folly Beach!

Great trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owners communicated very well, check-in and out were super easy, and they condo was really nice. The location is unbeatable in Folly, and the pool was well maintained and right by the beach access. Everything was easy! Would recommend.

Awesome condo, everything in the condo worked great. Very spacious for all. Our only problem is both pools closed during the week???one of the reasons I booked here is for the pools!

Excellent location, very clean, well decorated! Only concern is not well stocked. Had to buy toilet paper, napkins, trash bags, laundry soap, dish washer tablets. Stayed at a few VRBO’s and have never had to furnish these things. They had a few of these items but definitely not to accommodate the stay. Also basic towels and not enough had to continuously do laundry. Overall really nice place with lots of space.

Condo was well equipped and comfortable. Right on the beach. We have stayed at this resort before and love coming here. Only issue this time was one of the elevators was not working and they only had one that was. Made it very difficult when all 4 floors were checking in and out at the same time. Elevator did not work all week.

We had a wonderful time. Great mangment company! Condo was very clean and very well stocked.

The Dunes Property Mangement were great. Always there with any problems. Kept me well reminded of all i needed to k iw. they were even able to extend our check out! it saved us because we had a car that had to go to the shop inorder for us to go home. Helped us out so much!!!

Comfort and convenience

We had 5 adults and 2 kids in this rental and it accommodated all of us. We called it a “one butt kitchen” which was a little tricky during the Thanksgiving holiday, but the place was stocked with the essentials we needed. We needed an extra parking pass, and they delivered it within minutes of our request. The place was a little noisy (an adjacent unit had squealing plumbing, and there was some work that started very early in another unit close-by), but it didn’t disturb us too much. We also got a credit for some free beach gear rental with the property, which was a nice bonus.

Location is great. Pool is not heated. Noisy for sleeping.

This unit is definitely showing its age but the location cannot be beat. The master bedroom king bed has a memory foam mattress. This was not comfortable for us. My body was sucked in and it made it very difficult to move or even sit up. Very well stocked kitchen. Please note the pools are not heated. This is an issue when the temperatures are 70 or below.

Wife's 60th Birthday Surprise

My wife believes there's nothing better than relaxing on the seashore. This property fit the bill perfectly. Three floors up with a great view up and down the beach and just an elevator ride and a short walk to the sand. Plus the surrounding area has everything you need for supplies. Overall, a great time!

Cannot beat this view

We were blown away by the spaciousness immediately. The view is second to none. We loved that the kitchen was fully stocked, along with laundry and dishwasher detergent too. Will come back in a heartbeat!
