This was the perfect beach house for our family! My husband and I were celebrating my retirement with our children and grandchildren. The layout of the house was perfect, with large bedrooms that each had private full baths. The outdoor deck spaces were incredible, and the beach access was literally right outside our door! We would love to go back to this wonderful home again and again.

Nice beach house with a great location!

We had a family of 10 staying at this property during the first week of June. The weather and location were great, you are steps to town and the pier. It's also right on the beach but a bit away from the crowd which was welcomed. The house overall was in "good", not great shape. It could use a bit of TLC but overall worked well for our family.

Slice of paradise

Gorgeous sunrise and sunset views, especially from the roof. Surprisingly quiet slice of beach between 2 busy Folly beach access points. We especially appreciated the private bathrooms for each bedroom. We spent every day bodysurfing great waves, and every evening playing beach games until it got dark. music and nightlife are within a few walking blocks. Our host was easily reachable, and quickly solved a minor repair issue within hours. All indoor areas were accessible by those with mobility issues, much appreciated!

Kate was fantastic? We were at another rental and it was not a good one. I reached out to Kate very last minute and she was beyond accommodating to us. The house is a great location and within walking distance of all the restaurants and coffee shops etc
. The views of the ocean from the top floor were superb and the porches are where we spent most of our time! Highly recommend this property and any others they have!

Wonderful Beach House

This house was perfect for my family. A bathroom for everyone, a bedroom for everyone, a kitchen big enough for at least 5 people. Also, it was the best stocked kitchen of any house I have ever rented. 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, a wine fridge and a huge ice maker. Every night there was a thunder storm over the ocean and the porch was perfect for watching the lightning. We never turned on the TV. Quick and easy access to the beach.

Spring Break Family Vacation!

This beach house has just about everything you could want. It had plenty of space for our whole family; and each room was spacious with comfy beds. The decks and rooftop were added bonuses. The private beach access was awesome, the kids had an amazing time. The kitchen is huge with two frigates to store all your food and drinks.We will definitely be making this an annual trip!

Superb home for comfort, location and views!

We had a Thanksgiving gathering with 3 generations of family. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom! There were comfortable gathering areas on all levels and perfect tv viewing for all the football games. Gorgeous views on all levels and perfect central location for restaurants and shops!

GREAT Beach House!

We loved the house and location! The house was enjoyed by all - ages 4 to 80. There are some great communal spaces to enjoy eating and socializing together. The house has 3 great decks and beach is only a few steps away. Beach in this area is amazing, especially with replenishment work that was done earlier this year. It's also short walk to the pier or Burt's grocery store. Highly recommend!

6 1/2 Days of Beach Construction

The beach construction was supposed to be complete at our location and we didn't find out until we arrived. The landscaping is unkept and the grass is dead or gone. The pots, pans and baking hardware are a jumbled filthy mess. I had to scrub every pan before I could use it. Fire alarms are hanging from the 3rd floor ceiling and inoperable. The kitchen microwave is inoperable that we were told about after arrival and the back-up 700 watt is marginable. A decent back-up was necessary. The sliding glass doors are difficult to open and close. The mold at the kitchen is disgusting and unsanitary. The property needs a thorough inspection and corrective action. Definitely not woth the rental fee.
